I got off it in an a good clammy wet sweat also. Then I did 20 mins on the stationary bike...on low resitence, because it's been an week since I've been to the Health Club and decided to go easy tonight. So next night there is Friday night or Saturday morning...probably Friday night cause the guys have an scout outting Sat to Sunday here locally. Will feel better as I build up my strength somewhat. I would kin dof like to do that so this winter I could maybe do some of the group excerises...but will see how it goes. Sissy is here tonight..mkaes me feel good about that also, means she's feeling better since her operation. Have an good evening...good to see you Vincent...hope Cathyml makes it back in herre sometime soon...been anwhile since we have heard from her. |

We dropped our friends off at the airport in Newquay early this morning for their journey to Sweden, so now we have the house to ourselves, we've been ploughing through the list if chores we were left for most of the day.
Peggy in reply to your comment about the tide on my photo, we are in the end cottage in the picture, the tide normally comes about three quarters of the way up the rocks, but it has been known to reach the garden, it's a very handy way of getting into the sea or to the beach at low water, the rocks are no where near as bad as they look and are quite easy to walk down. There is a slipway further round if you prefer the more sedate route. |

The other 5 cottages in the row are holiday lets and they cost in the region of £800 a week in summer, we are here for free for 3 weeks this time around so we are very lucky. We've been here in some bad weather mind, we once did 3 weeks in February, the sea was in the garden then. |

I wish someone had warned me just how much mess a handful of chicken make, hope there isn't a hosepipe ban in the near future Going for a walk around the harbour now, the sun is just peeking through Edited by: rustyruth at:28th June 2013 14:15 |
