I'd love to be able to walk a mile John but my knees would fail long before that, no chance whatsoever! And Strawberry soup Shirley? Yuck, I think I will give that one a miss, but as a matter of interest was it actually intended for a starter or a sweet? Sounds like the starter from your post. |

Strawberry soup Shirley, I bet that is sweet and I thought strawberries were very acidic which is not good for arthritis, do correct me if I am wrong |

My guess it is would taste more like an ripe berry out of the garden would taste, with an slight herbal tang..if you could buy fresh berries that were that ripe. It;s an starter thing and you'd want an small bowl of it to " wet" the appetitie. Ho wis Princess kate doing...wasn't her due date July 11th...that' snot very far away now. Ron, do chair excerises..or go swimming...both don't put strain on your legs/knees. You kow how to float like an little bubble don' t you?..just think of Nimo..the fish. Enjoy your beach stroll rustyruth...I've got to go an cook this "special" I ran into at the store the night before last and bake "jumbo" chicken legs today...before resuming to the health club..would like to go an see my returning grandson from his week of pleasure and funMaybe, if not there's always tomarrow night.. I just got done typing off part of Tennyson's "Locksley Hall"...which I consider prophectic in ways...put it in the dream board over in earthboppin.net..bad spelling and all...Ha! My hubby tells me last night that for an week now he can't send out anything for e-mail as he can't log in. Wonder what he will do for scouts now. Wasn't to pleasant discussing this either. If it's satellite interference don't know how to solve the problem either. I picked up another book on theTemplar Knight's published out of London. this one has the members in 1670...of Aberdeen Lodge in Scotland. I can see several of the Lawson's in it but not by that name exactly...but through in-law's and pen names probably..such as John Rowland. It had an nice long detailed description of the all the Earls and dignitaties in the Lodge or it's affairs...which might come in handy. I'm also reading about this future vision of an Professor with Hawaii also...in his visionary character coming back to the states to see if any of the west coast survived an catastrophy. That I don't think can happen now...the Shamans' did the "Harmonic Convergence"...came back and with old rituals supposedly setinto the motion that our mountain ranges will stay put in any coming earth changes. So far, he's found an "African" like plain on what the author says resembles to him the east side of the Siera Nevada Mts...found village...no inhabitants as of yet...no human life seems to have survived as of yet. When I am done with the book wil be sending it to James Berkland...he likes to collect earthquake stories also...this fella having this vision he might know from going to Berkely at one time...the guy is an Anthropoligist, while Jim is an geologist...his wife's name is Jan and this guys wife's name is Jill...both the guys I believe are MA and PHD degrees in thier professions. Both are college level teachers and both are world wide lecturers. James usse to work for the state of California as an geologists also...and land use inspector I think. Just talking to him I think he enjoys the teaching the most though. At any rate enough pratter and tatter talk in ways..must be going now...have an good day everyone. Richard...you sound like you really like your "Engish" foods. I wonder whatever happened to Cathy and her receipes. Ifound two more old books yesterday with receipes...one of them has English Roast Beef with Yorkshire Pudding too!...talk later on. |
