Diana that's what I'm planning to do here pretty soon also, change to going to the gym in the mornings..but doubt it will be that early. We have been going together in the evenings...and I find on hot days that my feet swell up to much to really want to go. I use to walk the neighborhood in the mornings..at about the same time the kids were catching the school buses...and I felt more protected and perhaps they did as well...all the bus drivers know me because my daughter in-law when the kids lived here, worked for them in the mornings ..she was our bus driver back then..Many of the mother's are out with the littlier kids and we can chit chat then if need be ... as I walked past them, or simply say "Good Morning"..so it was pleasant for me walking back then.. I stayed up until 1:30 am making an huge dish of blueberry cobbler for the nieghborhoeed street get together tonight...woke up with an lot of leg cramps..must be changing weather patterns going on. Projecting thunderstorms possibly today in some areas.

Looks like POE  is doing fine this morning. Nice to hear everyone came back and said hello to us all as well. See, if I could hand you an flower from my backyard on the net, I'd do that..make your day an bit better. As it is I'm thinking that some ice cream might go well on top of the blueberry cobbler tonight..and probably go get some of it for later on. Might pick up some little plastic glasses to put it all in also..so the ice cream won't melt on the other deserts. At any rate am taking it easy until I "un-cramp" for the day...and can actually walk somewhat. Talk to you later on...getting older they say is not easy some times.

Sue, I'm sure your scan results will be fine. I'm so glad to hear that you are feeling better in yourself, and it's nice that you're back here. As Diana says, the hard part is over now Smile

Yes, let's make that another...Sue..your worse days are over now.

Went up and talked to the neighbors an bit. most of them were from down on my street of all things. But you know, our houses were the first ones built in the housing area..so now it's come full circle in an way...guess it would be natural that they would be up there.

It was an hot evening though..my feet are swelling, but tomarrow starts the cool down. Thank heavens.

One cop car, two ambulences and the EMS emergency vehicle, all lights flashing and sirens blaring, passed our house this morning and stopped down the road.  Its about the only time the neighbours come our of their houses at the same time and chat.

I'm feeling quite perky today. I think I'm on the road to real recovery, YAY!  Dr's apps next week, but the CT scan will be the next big thing. See if they killed all the bad stuff.

Another high 90's today.

looks like the prayers are working !! xo

Ron - I've been doing this so long now that I automatically wake up at 4AM every day. Your body just gets into the rythym. I honestly don't mind it anymore. And it's nice at the end of the day to have it done and over with.😉

James - I'd take a picture of what I look like that early in the morning but I don't want to break my phone's camera. 😜

Sue - I too believe it's only good for you from this point up. The hard part is over and you are on the mend. You remain always in my prayers.😊
