I have one of those apps, though haven't used it as of yet.

Good afternoon...been working on this wedding coming up today.

Shoes for winter...got to give up the flip flops some sunny day you know...and an new top...and working on the gift..which might just end up an gift certificate to be the easiest...esp. Since I've never met these people....though we know the parents...old time Scoouting family.  We had rain, bu tnot much and I hate to see the hotter temps coming back this week. My feet just got unswelled with any more cramping to them.

Ok..the 40 year old man with the 16 year old girl....I was talking about this...well, her name changed to "Hannah" now and not Heather and FBI flew into their camp site they detected..and killed him and won't give any further details.... Hum. In short.. How come we haven't seen nor heard from her since all this happened?...did she get raped, killed or what?...where is she? Saying it's none of our business in reguard to an national amber alert doesn't really sit right to be told nothing in the end. We don't even know her true last name as of yet either. Another one of those very strange stories in the news...don't sound up and up for some reason. Many questions just left "blank" to ponder wha tis the truth once again.

I go for now..I saw an receipe today..you take three green peppers and cut them in half, clean them... boil them in two quarts of water for 15 mins, drain and then set them right side up in an pie plate...for the crust. Heat the oven to 350 degrees...In saucepan..one cup of water, two tablespoons of margarine and 1/4 cup of finely chopped onion, heat to boiling take off the stove and add1/1/3 cups of Hungry Jack Instant mashed potato flakes..add one egg beaten slightly with 1/4 cup of milk and add.....stir in one pound bulk sausage that's been cooked and drained.......Spread over the green peppers..Make an center ring of tomato wedges on top and add one cup of mozzerella cheese....bake 350 degree for i5 to 20 mins...or until cheese is melted. Makes 6 pie wedge servings of 300 calories each..add an green salad with an good vinegrette dressing for an meal.

If you have an waffle maker..take three of the the big sized Pillsbury biscuits..and place them in the center beside each other...pressthe waffle maker down into them and bake until golden brown, removed and add cream cheese icing topping with cinnamon and nuts for an quick version of cinnamon rolls in the morning.

New week starting now...make the best of it.

Good day all. I hope everyone had a great weekend. It was a beautiful one weather wise here. Dan and I attended the wedding of a friend's daughter on Saturday. Yesterday we made an impromptu stop at an antique car show we saw while out and about. Altogether a nice weekend. Now it's back to work.  Have a great day!😊

Afternoon everyone, a bit late today we've been up to Skipton for a family funeral, a cousin on my Dad's side. Lots of people who looked a bit like me, but knowbody I actually knew very well. Nice service in the church though, my Mum enjoyed her day out.

I'm just getting started, been out walking this morning an bit to try to relieve the leg cramps. Things were just as still as still can be outside earlier...cloudy and cool.. Stayed up last night looking for the meteror shower but fell asleep before ever seeing one of them. Did some years back though, were quite spectacular back then. Nothing the same as it use to be any more it seems...guess I better get going for the day.

I've also been out walking, Shirley.  I walked un-assisted over to my mother-in-laws just a block away. This is my first walk out where I didn't need someones arm, as stick or my granny walker.

IT FELT SO GOOD!

I am going to try my early morning walk starting tomorrow. I'll start easy, only around the block, and work my way back to my normal walk.

I'M SO EXCITED!

Little bit helps Sue...sent hubby to the health club to discuss my swelling ankles...so he came back home an reported on that one to me. I'm getting in the mood to diet I think also. Sue, do it every other day. to begn with...eaiser to start every other day..you know your own limits...Been taking an occasional zinc supplement once an week to up my immunity also.. But you got the right idea as to doing it in the early morning. BTW..no more then 40 mg of zinc per day..otherwise it can be toxic..most our food takes in about 9 mg daily...so break the supplement in half to be on the safe side.

Oldest sister in-law is on oxygen from her internal bleeding. I wonder if it's indirect from taking to much asprin for her heart problems. I guess I should of told her I found out that Ly-listene...the stuff for herbes simplex...they found out as an sideline, will knock out the toxicy of taking to much asprin. I would like to go an see her in an couple of weeks if possible. They had an smashing Thunderstorm up there and it set several fires just south of her..go to earthboopin.net and earthwaves board and click on Sheila's news report and the top right hand picture...or drop down to my answer and put in the link. Her problems this year have been with those storms and the high heat going through her area. Last time she was in the hospital.

Anyway...hubby came back..they told him to tell me, lower the sodium and eat spinach...so I just had some with four crackers with an tbsp of artichoke/jalapeno pepper dip(fesh spinach)...drinking water also. Crackers are Ritz and not salty ones. I guess that will be my daily routine for an couple of days and see if it helps somewhat....Might cut out the crackers to every other day though

.Well, your spirit certainly sounds better these days also. I like going to reddit.com and clicking on the picture page and go down the page and the next page...and just spend an good long time looking things over...many animal pictures...but say..I went with an girl and her boyrfriend on an 7 day hike through Sweden in an up-populated place. You ususally have no problem of seeing the sites in the city, but othwerwise kind od different. Anyway, they walked an good share of this hike over an boardwalk up and down hills. The animals just seem to blend in the terrain, no matter what kidn of animals they were and I was surprised the reindeer herds had so many droppings they had to skirt around in the walking. Wind chill cabins, rain, lots of water, over lichen fields, on eplace they had to cross over in water3 times...once to get their footing, back again, the last time to carry the back pack.No trees, no bushes..but it had it's sunrises and sunsetsand water falls, creeks and lakes just the same. Only in times on today's computer could an person like me go along with them...hope they had some nice snuggle time with each other. You can get so tired of the day to day walking you need the nights to relax and communicate and well...snuggle. We got to see them make some late night soup though before heading off to sleep. They didn't say how cold it was, they spent the first couple days walking in the rain...no snow.Something like 78 miles total.

I got into some yard work today...starting to close down the flower power around here for this autumn. Neighbor came over an thanked me for her vase of flowers. I told her that I didn' tthink there would be to many more of them. Neighbors on the other side planted their pots in the mums and refreshed up their pots with flowers...looks re nice, wish my flowers would perk up better. I lightly fertilized them the other day..hubby went out an watered pretty good tonight. So, I best get going, I sent him to the store for an few things...and last night for those meteror's to see. Fell alsleep last night before the going got good I guess y know. Have an good evening everyone.
