I remember Hamish McBeth Colleen, I think we have the old VHS tapes of the series somewhere, although we don't have anything to play them on now. Sounds like you had a night with a difference in the castle.

Evening James, had a bit of a quiet day too, apart from a trip to B&Q to buy something we now need to take back.

Coasttocoast was really interesting last night and tonight might not be to bad eiher...we had little rain..doesn' tlook like it on the weather radar, but it last maybe 5 minsutes in very light"sprinkles" I moved outdoor stuff around today. Dog went n an got "fixed" today..but hope she's all healed by the time the kids take off on their mini-vacation. I'am tired tonight....went to the goodwill and found an old glider rocker in great condition, but needs restained...I bought it and have that to do..me and painting ever since last year didn't get off to an very good start. Talking of Cahty's Ron..did CathyML get all moved in at her new house?

It certainly is nice to have friends Ron--i have plenty of them,i even have old school mates who i see regular from close on 50yrs ago.

When we meet there is always someone who brings out the old school pics which are very funny to look at.Smile

New Zealand had an 6.8  mag. earthquake....looks like it tore things up in Wellington from the news reports...thrre stuff on the floor. They don't get "Spring cleaning"..they get autumn cleaning to do now. I couldn't sleep very well last night and slept in to late today. Maybe earthquake symptom...feeling the anxiety.

Rain looks to be over before it really did much, have to go an check the garden, so might return later One of the water pond plants shot up an purple flower...Have an good day!
