I'm trying to do just enough autumn things to be able to have some free time next month...sissy will be going back in for her second operation..an titanium bone inplant in the middle ear...school starts, one vacation and hoiday before even that, suahgter in-law returns to her college classes...so preparing for thngs now, might give me that bit of extra time I need next month to go up and see my sister in-lawand find out what's going on with her and her health....before I come back and get involved with health club and lab tests myself.

Sister in-law's thunderstorm night before last....south of town.http://i.imgur.com/CjDQqSO. png...didn't underline the last "png" in the link properly.

In the meantime, I'm understanding that Kate and William chose his nanny growing up for their new little son...and had to watch Nigella Lawson cooking this morning...they got into an argument over the kids...which ended up him filing an divorced because she she didn't stick up for him when someone called the cops and he was strangling her or some such....and the judge yesterday threw the court case out the door against Paula Deen.. TV cook. He said what she said was an general statement not towards anyone in particular and should of never been taken as far as this has gone already. That an general statement doesn't prove there's discrimation actually going on in the work place with another person. It is the latter that is cause of concern to an court of law.

Wait until I see my doctor...as I've told my cardiologist this before...how is an person suppose to stay on an fresh food diet...such as the recent baby spinach I bought...when after your done eating it,.... on the radio it's announced all the products from that company was in recall  for e-coli problems and they are closing down their business. I was following an receipe and did as they said to do an placed It in boiling water fro one minute before draining it an mixing it in with other ingrediants, so I hope it all passes me by, but I also ate some spaghetti, heavily infused with oregano and basil just to help things along and then took an probiotics tablet also. Theyare now asking everyone that cans meat at home to add oregano as an safe-guard against e-coli if they plan to keep the jars for every long. Now you know why women get so stressed out at times.

Sunny day, bit of an wind...getting warmer...moved many of flowers to the front yard up against the house...after cleaning up the lily bulb area...kind of fill things in again. Taking an little break right now.

But need to go an get the spinach replaced by an different company, but only one out there was having this problem at one time also...itis caused from planting fields to fast after using human sludge and not letting it break down in the soil long enough before re-planting.. So it grows inside the plant instead...very deceiving.  Of course it only takes one plant to infect all others and everyone that touches them.

Anyway, I should go, for some reason my house is dusty...I guess from leaving the windows open to try to see those meteors and Ijust plainly gave up and fell asleep again. I had an dream this morning that my dad was brought to me, having been in a car accident...he passed on years ago...but anyway....I hugged him and sent him complete healing love... inside out and said, why could you not see when you were alive to help us kids..over others...we never met you any harm. Then said..I have to go now.... and left. Waking up. I guess that was brought on by reading about Candy Spellings kids..an 3 million dollar year career in writing tv series and her husband dies...they have one girl and one boy...who each ended up with only $400.000 after taxes for inheirtence. One of the most successful guys in entertainment in the 70's, entertained Prince Charles back then in their "Manor" as they called it, three football lengths long and 127 rooms...and an English lady bought it...Petra and I've no idea how to spell the last name. I must get going for now..have an good day everyone.

I've also been out walking, Shirley.  I walked un-assisted over to my mother-in-laws just a block away. This is my first walk out where I didn't need someones arm, as stick or my granny walker.

IT FELT SO GOOD!

I am going to try my early morning walk starting tomorrow. I'll start easy, only around the block, and work my way back to my normal walk.

I'M SO EXCITED!

This is excellent news, Sue! It really is the everyday simple routines we miss when life throws us a curve ball. I am excited for you. "Normal" will never be thought of quite the same, will it?!😊

Off to Reno today. My first follow-up appointments with radiation and oncologist today and tomorrow.

Weather is hot, up in the 90's, but nice and cool in the mornings.

Hope all is well with everyone,

And thank you for all of your continued support. This POE family is THE BEST.

Morning in Canada at least what a lovely group you are I can see how my friend Harry Wheeler enjoyed it so much. Am trying to make up my mind definitely on coming back to the UK to live . I love the UK for its history Canada is so new and spread out. I find more interests for me at this stage in the UK although the English would always say why would you want to be here when you can live in Canada. There are a lot of ex pats on Vancouver Island. In UK lived in Essex Cornwall and Cheltenham

Hi Colleen

I think you can just edit and leave blank but one of the posters in the 10000 plus will have the answer
