Good morning...we got just enough rain last night that some of wild fires are closer to be contained now. Didn't put them out but it sure did help. YOu need your monsoon weather, I'm understanding "Valley Fever" is going on down in the South west right now...to dry and the sand storms don't help.

I don't know if I'm going to make it to this wedding or not, my foot feels like it wants to go into "Gout"...there's something wrong....I'm on crutches inching my way through my house to the bathroom..foot all swollen up and took my water tablets to get that down somewhat. Laying or sitting most the time right now. I don' t know if the tomatoes in an spaghetti I made recently did this or not, we have been so busy we have been eating it night an day for lack of having time to stop and make something to eat...maybe to much salt for me to handle. Hubby took sister's veggies to her last night for me. She said it would be until the 10th of next month before she can pay me. Green beans, head of cabbage, 2 huge Walla Walla sweet onions, 2 acorn squash, tomatoes, cucumber, and five ears of sweet corn. I have some corn needs shucked also. My refrigerators are getting low..I need to go shopping. I don' tpaln to worry about it right now. This month seems to be going extremely  fast for me right now. Talk to you later on.

Hi to all POEsters. Going to try to have a day of relaxation today after Neil made the suggestion.

May even download his meditation disk. Bet you didn't know he is into relaxation and meditation? Perhaps he will talk about it a little here in the forums to enlighten us all.

Hope the meditation works for you Ron, someone gave me a disk years ago, I could never get it to work for me, my mind just kept wandering off thinking of a million other things. It would be nice of Neil to explain a bi tabout how it works, and if there are certain people (me) who just can't empty the brain of clutter  

I wouldnt say wierd John --everyone to their own choice--all that i would listen to in your choice would be the Military Bands.

On the other hand maybe you wouldnt listen to my choice of music

Hi James,

Open iTunes and select Music in the right hand column, you should then see all your albums displayed.

Click on the album you want to print the artwork for.

On the top menu bar click on click on File, a dropdown menu bar appears, click Print.

A box appears, make sure CD Jewel Case is ticked. Underneath there is a Theme box. From the drop down menu select Single Cover. A preview of the album cover will appear on the right.

Then press print, cut it so size, fold it along the dotted lines and put it in a plastic case (available quite cheap on eBay)

Job done.

Also if you've imported CD's yourself into iTunes and no artwork is showing, follow this route and iTunes will try to fill in the gaps. Anything purchased from iTunes will automatically show the artwork.

iTunes > File > Library > Get Album Artwork > Click 

There is a manual way to do this as well if iTunes can't find it, but it's a bit more involved. 

If you're a Windows user and this doesn't work you'll have to get back to me and I'll see what I can fathom, I've not used Windows for over 7 years so I'm a bit rusty  

Hi Ruth--i have downloaded some tracks and albums before --i know how to do that but i didnt know you could copy the artwork--i will try it next time i log in. thanks

I have also downloaded  "spotify" that is a very good channel for music but not able to download tracks or albums anymore--very similar to  I tunes you can play the full tracks on this one.
