Good heavens we gonna get our health straightened up before the Holidays arrive? Doctor is giving me 30 days to work on it myself before he takes action...from new lab testing. So I'm back again, writing everything I do daily and taking my own vitals and tests if I have the machines to do it with...blood pressure monitor, etc, etc. Most my tests never turn never turn like theirs do...even between doctors, the tests aren't the same. Your blood tests are reflected by who takes it and how high they squeeze the bulb before releasing it to go downward again...most the time it can be an difference of 20 points. I've already proven on 24 hour binging on BBQ meat, came out I was an diabetic..that cost me nearly $500 to prove I wasn't.  My old cardiologist had meweighing 10 pounds more then I do here at the house..no I didn't change the weight, my new scales is an digital read out and completely electronic working. They told me just an week that my blood pressure was 160, I've tested it here at the house twice now and am still in the 130's...which is still high,but not in the danger zone as badly..Good luck on the probing and picking on though...I prefer to go without it get an second opinion myself.My so called heart problems began, by an doctor telling me I was oldand had aurthuritis...when it turned out I had an clogged artery going shut on me instead...95 per cent dead by the time I went in to emergency and saw another doctor...an specialist, instead of an primary doctor. So don' tthink all they say is written in truth sometimes. In fact the statin I was talking about changing over to is now got bad things being said about it...crestor. I don't know if this doctor has enough education to re-prescribe my Vytorin or not.  Butthis is taking longer and it takes time for them to send me my medications out after I order them. The doctor they wanted me to see...don't want to see me. So they gave me an guy working under him. He isn't an PHD, like the cardiologist was. He's supposedly and internal medicine specialst instead. St any rate...30 days is what they are giving me. I gotta go, guys just got back from their 5 mile hike this morning...and I took my sister back to her house, we got her an new pair of shoes, she's having foot problems also. Ankle is bruised right now. Need to drag out an few things for Holloween decorating outside also  Just simply an gorgeous day out today...very autumnish, warm, bit of wind So go for now...have an good day everyone.

Your blood pressure will fluctuate throughout the day, Shirley, and sometimes it goes up when you're at the Doctors. The white coat syndrome (not that many Doctors here in the US wear a white coat). 

I try to take my vitals every morning now, along with my weight. Just to keep an eye on things.

My cholesterol is in the high danger zone.  I did try the Statins but had allergic reactions to all of them so I don't bother having that tested anymore. Me mum used to say 'what you don't know wont hurt you'.

Ah, life is good when you're alive.

Once again, the closeness of the 'POE family' plays it's hand. I have said many times throughout this site, and the forum Posts that we do actually care about each other.

I think it was Shirley that referred to the power of POE prayer again last week (sorry if I got that wrong) but somebody said it in one of their posts.

Ron, got 30 days before I test again...so I am trying to be really good right now...as it's from there the doctor will decided what he thinks I should do thereafter. In my other website where we do prayers all the time for people, I added my sister in-law while we were up there to get an healthy dose by all them for me as well as her. I called her last night..she sounds pretty good...now if she could have some friends to drop over and see her an bit on Friday and Saturday nights now and then..or get out and go somewhere now and then might be an great mood maker to help her along. Maybe an ladies group of some kind once an month. WE started in up at my sister in-law's and day six since them, I've lost 6 pounds. But I sure am getting tired with all the things going on here lately. Guys fixed my car window, before the rain comes in and another weather front by tomarrow sometime..must be an doozy, cause my ears are already ringing as the air pressure drops.  Day 6 and starting to feel the hunger in this watching the weight, and it has to be in order for me to lose it.  Taoday I was up early, and bought this mattress my sister wanted and took it to her in our pick up truck, so she's got an better bed and  winter shoes now. Money and some food for over winter around Christmas sometime...so she can use hers fro heating bills. But today we did up the porch with electric bats in purple with green eyes on one side of the entry way...and an string of orange around the deck and down the stirs,,,other side has plain purple to match the bats. I have an super huge pumpkin that lights up for the picnic table...and we have other décor says "Trick or Treat" and witch wayto the trick or treats? I'll finsish it all off with mums (flowers) in Orange an dpurple to fill in...plus we have an street sign to place up that night...and an ghost near the door.  Took out two packages of pumpkin spice cookies with cream cheese frosting and black icingto make spiders on them, and candy pumpkins and candy corn to decorate some of them up also. My grandson was here to help, he told his mother when she asked if he helped that he did things up well enough he thought I could probably "party" that night...made her laugh. They are giving the school kids and three day weekend off. Guess they decided to do their budgeting that away. But I'm real tired..it's been an week on the go everyday...so might lay down an snooze an while. Beautiful weather makes you want to be out in it, but it's not going to stay that way and it shouldn't this time of the year. So I think things are ready enough come sun or rain, we won't have to be out in the worse of it hanging lights on the front porch and stairway into our house for those little gremelins I heard mentioned in POE before. Besides they aren't suppose to be bad little ones if they want an treat. I talk later on...have an good evening everyone.

The "long Island Medium" show an new kid on the block for psychics show comes on tonight...I think it was "Neit" (?) that mentioned her(?).....first name is Theresa coupte?...don't remember how to spell her last name  Someone was asking what I thought of her, she's an nice looking blonde from what I saw on her web site...kind into asking for lots of money..which I don't do, I believe my healing is "God given"...has an lot of books for sale...and it's like everything else in the world...each to their own method...but she sounds very popular right now in her work. It's one way to be well known also is having your own show on TV. I've been around people that have went from obscure to famous in this kind of work, believe me, it takes an lot of stamia to deal with everyone...as most them of them or someone around them wants to "test" you constantly in everything you say and do. That part gets very tiring to put up with all the time Another reason I'm not to boaastful about making predictions either.Someone told me one time...that others don't matter, it's what you know and feel deep down that's truly "right" anyway when it comes to being an sensitive or an physic...and I'm always learring, but it's really hard these days to find people to learn from. We  whom use to be the understudies of the group.. are now the prime people ourselves.
