What is she..an real liitle piggy...I know plenty of people like to raise them as "pets" these days.

Good morning!....I'm getting my Christmas Present installed today, the micro-wave over the oven...my kitchen is an mess...he's just finished cutting down the cabinet. ..but he's working at things. When he's done he can go an relax in his recliner by the fireplace while I make dinner.

You know...they say highly intelligent people have this little kind of lack of hair up by the top of their head...well, I started developing mine...and I was using women's "Rogain" which si quite expensive and then I ran into an African Shaman on TV...who explained to the guy there taking pictures of him and his wife....how to keep your hair in old age. He says, everyday...olive oil....and use an pick an fluff itup all day long so it doesn't have an chance to mat down on the head. I've been doing that...of course I can' tgo to far some days looking kind of like an clity "slicker"...but by golly..I have tiny hairs growing back. I have heard of stories of people in the past with their using bear grease and having an full bushy head of hair. I know what it does, as the oil soaks into the hair shaft, it makes it stiff and it stands up more on it's own, you don' t have to use an lot of it either. Eventually it kind of dries out and you can wash your hair and start over again. it also makes the hair shaft strong enough it doesn't tbreak off as easily also.

Sunny here, rain incoming and it's cold outside...Mt. Hood is under an winter storm watch as is all the Cascade Mountains..piling up their ski bases for this winter's lodges to start operating. Looks like they might make it this year before Thanksgiving if it keeps up. Windy outside, plus the cold, but here...sunny weather amid clouds.Time to drag out the pint bottle for an" nip" and put it in your pocket...don' t forget the gloves and hat also.

Well, I came in earlier to have the cat jump up on my side table and knock over and break a bunch of ceramics...I just spent time gluing back together...but forget about I them evert being an collector's item now....plus when I came in someone had been looking over maps of Norway for some reason, using my computer apparently...with my professional security guard " hot on the trail" also. Even now it's showing up. What that is all about I've no idea. But anyway, the last finishing touchrs of my Christmas Present is now into compleition, my son came over to pick up his son and stayed an helped his dad. So it looks like this part of the house is back into the right era again.We...being all my neighbors....have been this last year trying to improve our houses enough they are equal to selling with the new ones that have been built recently all around us. Randy moved up the street and didn't want to participate.... and no one is even looking at his house right now. If what he told me is true...I wonder if he lost it...it went back to the bank like the Reverand's house. Which means if it sells, it will probably be to out of state people. I did not know until just recently that "John's" house is smaller then mine..but of course I should of thought...as he's was an tri-level..where mine is not. Randyput down for his added features to the house...raised garden beds..I have to laugh. Think I should of told him people want new applicances, new carpeting, third garage, waterfalls and outside kitchens.... along with the immaculate landscaping these days. But anyway...I will be working on my kitchen for some time to come. Asit needs everything changed out of the old and into the new. My friend when she was alive taught me that some times it's having useable 'UNIQUE" ideas that help also...not just spending plenty of money.

Anyway did you get your" cod and James" talk done? She's gonna miss her trip to Germany if they keep gabbing onward. So how's the rest of the guys doing also..we haven't' heard from all of them to much either. No offense, but wouldn't an summer trip be better then an winter trip? They cut Portland's downtown Christmas tree and this weekend set it up in Pioneer Square for lighting Thanksgiving Evening. They mayor is asking for everyone to wear their cherriest and brightest Holiday Sweater this year..the other day then went through decorating all the statues in sweaters....from the elk to the guy that's there in the rain with his umberella all the time. I wonder what happened to all those guys that were homeless...you don' thear about them any more as if they disappeared. Think they took them out to the back room and gunned them down maybe.... or something..cause no one wants to acknowledge that homelessness exists....even in Portland. Kind of sad...no matter how you look at it I really wonder if Jesus would have an chance these days in public. But anyway...I do the best to help when I can.  Buying at the thrift shops helps everyone..if their CEO's have their hearts in the right place. Another week starts tomarrow...November is zooming by quickly.

Leave James alone, I am sure he will say if and when he wants.

This has been ongoing for more than a year now John (use the search) and James is well aware that this is just banter so don't worry mate, he is laughing at this for sure, he knows what the picture shows....three of them and one of them is him, one is his wife, the other lady we have yet to identify!

That said, it's great that you should support him in his hour of need! lol

Good morning..decided to come in now before the latest rain storm hits this afternoon. I took the time last night to deliver my brother his annual turkey and spiral ham and some cornbread, bacon to go with it for dressing with gravy... pumpkin bars, homemade Herb Bread to make, some frozen veggies, side dish of scallop potatoes and ham, small frozen chocolate cake, and kind of get the Holidays started for them.  Most  of the Christmas food has been delivered now...that's done. I still have two toys to buy for an kid's toy drive I do every year, one for an boy, one for an girl.

8 people died last night they say in an tornado out break in the mid-west, that took out Washington, Illinois really bad...not much left of it but sticks and pieces of what was down to ground level. Last I heard Red Cross was moving to try to help them...and counties declared state of emergency....they say some 30 to 40 torandoes and this is the rememant of the Hurricane from the Phillippines of last week...so as one person said, the Hurricane that kept on giving and destroying. Though I can' thelp but think that the severity of them here lately isn't global warming..... but weather modification. My sister in-law's death is but another case of it going on last summer. Wicked people.

Anyway, I guess I better get going for now and see what I can get achieved before the rain starts in here pretty soon. Let' s hope it's not to bad either. I'd kind of like to leave and finish off some things needing done...so talk to everyone later on. My kitty is hanging on me this morning also.  I keep telling him that the little white spot on his mouth is where an "angel" kissed him before he came down to be my" kitty :meow-meow"...that's good for an" smooch" from him.
