Congratulations to all concerned Ruth, a busy family time for you all.

Welcome back James sir, glad the break went well.

Trust all stays safe in Japan for Nic John

Really getting about again Pat, only recently watched Broadcurch, will be interested to see the new one. ( Surprised Ruth did not catch it, a good police story ).

Have a good time John, look forward to seeing your pictures. We heard a loud noise outside this evening, and as you probably know our house is built on the side of a steep valley. A Chinook helicopter flew passed below the level of our bedroom window. Sadly no camera nearby. I'll try to do better next time.

Evening everyone, it's been a hot one here too 26 degrees. Not been outside in it much though,  I've spent most of the day either in the car or in the hospital. Because Paula was very poorly all of her pregnancy she has to stay in 5 days from the time of her Caeserian yesterday. She's got her own room with en suite and reasonable views of the gardens so she'll be fine.
