Well, it's never too late for an American to add her to cents worth! LOL! I always think of a nice hot cup of good tea, Harrods (I love that place!), the Royal Family simply because we don't have one here and I am curious about them, Robson Green (hubba, hubba) LOL!, the history of England comes to mind.

It is so hard not to be racist when I think of what I had to go through to get to Aus. all those years ago, and how I worked my butt off to get where I am today. Governments have gone overboard in accomodating so called refugees from war torn countries and seem to go out of their way to please them.I do believe lots of them came for a free ride and take all but give nothing. The things that made our countries great are saddly slipping away, things like moral standards, pride, justice and most of all, mateship. A country singer, Australian,John Williamson, sums it up for us in his song True Blue. I fear that things will never be the way it was when we were young, so hang on to your memories and get lost in the pages of POE. I do. |
