Yeah, the no pasta and no bread thing was really hard for me in the beginning, but believe it or not, if you can get through the first two weeks, it is amazing at how easy it becomes.

The problem for me right now is that during the holidays I cheated and started having bits of those forbidden things and now my body has become addicted the simple sugars that carbs contain. So, now I have to break the addiction all over again to get back to where I want to be.

Thing is...pasta, bread, and such are so budget friendly!!! But I am going to give it a go...that may be the one thing that will get to drop what I want!!

It's true Krissy; George Stella talks about that very thing on his web site, about how families are being forced into bad eating habits simply because healthy foods have become prohibitively expensive, while things like white bread and white rice and white pasta are ridiculously cheap...and so bad for you!
