Ok Jason here's what I do 30 seconds on and 30 seconds off ..an rowing type machine, then hop on small pad for 30 seconds and  as I run on it, I"m punching outward with my hands, each item is 30 seconds long...then I go on to this machine that has an bar and lift it from my waist up to my chest, then on another pad, then I get on an machine that separate my legs side to side, then on an pad, make circles with my arm as I run in place, then on an stair climber, then on an pad , then on an machine with bars over my head that I have to pull up and down, then on an pad, then an machine then I lock my feet between two rollers and go up and down, and on an pad, then machine that has foot paths that I have to meet and push on the foot pads with my legs, then on an pad, then one simliar on my arms, wiht rollers and lift the rollers up and down then on an pad, then this u-shaped bar that I have to pick up on side of me and then as the other side goes down I go back pick up on that side, and I have to keep my arms straight doing it. ..and bend side to side, then on an pad, by now on the pad I'm I'm wiggling from side to side and doing the same with my arms above my head, then I have this other machine that I have to cross my hands in front of me, on an bar, keep my face in the center, cross my legs and pull the bar back and forth to the side, get on another pad and run in place and the hardest is this thing that is bars on your shoulders, and you have to bend down and stand straight up..then you get on another pad and run in place. I think I got them all, one is like doing set -ups in an chair...there' s 14 machines and 14 pads..and 30 seconds each, now that you have done an round, go do it again, and you do this 3 times a week with one minute warm up and one minute warm down "stetches". Many of these machines you could make your self. Like filled water bottles to raise over your shoulders and back down, Pushing against an edge of an sofa or pillow, sit-ups, walking on an stairstep at home, etc. All you need is the something that says, "change positions now", for every 30 seconds...so you can do one thing to the next. Remember 80 per cent is the food you eat, 20 per cent is the excerise. these cardio-vascular excerises.  We got young gals doing them, and we got what looks like ladies in their 80's doing them. then when you gain sufficient strength, you get an little key, you plug it into the machine and it computerizes your entire work out and your heart rate and assess it at the end of the session and week to week...as to your fitness progress.  You also as you go along do different things for points an dearn stuff, like T-shirts for instance, they have an toss game on the floor, and mini-golf putting in the center. It's your leader and the other gals and knnowing your not alone that keeps you doing it.Besides every 30 secnds someone is ahead of you and behind, and you gotta keep going or drop out....they'll run over you otherwise!
