I did the atkins for a long time but i have found eating 6 small meals a day and watching the carbs with that has really been the best for me, I will have to go back and see how many carbs i limit myself to.. I plan on really cutting back after my doctors visit next week when i get off this stupid medicine!!!!It has been so hard on this stuff but i have fallen off the wagon BIG TIME!! You know I had set in front of me an whole cookie sheet of chocolate chip cookies the other day, and an half sheet birthday cake also. I was better, but I couldn't pass the cake up quite yet, didn't eat as much of it as I would of generally though. I hope none of you ever have to put up with what I am now..I really mean that, it "sucks", it's like being dead even if you are alive at times...and then you wonder for how long somedays. You feel like an research Lab with every "test" your made to take. You always can't do this or that because of being forced to do something for your health in order to be "pain" free. Keep your weight down while your young, it's not near as hard to lose it and keep it off then. You can take my word on that one. |
