I seem to be set up with an "blank page" between the web site I go inot and what I post these days...someone is keeping track of me again. I would guess so they can wipt out or insert themselves as me?

We also found out by letter yesterday that we were one of those affected whm got thier medical records stollen at Health Net. So later today I better check my prescription and inform my doctor. Doctors have been able to access records of people for an long time now...one reason they are increasingly finding bogus doctors out there now. They have found an dentist and surgeon here in months past. Yes, an surgeon...they said evertime there was an operation to be done he showed up slightly late and got another doctor or assistant to actually do, but charged the patients fee's for doing it. They both had phoney degrees hanging on their walls in thier offices of education and honors they had received.

Oh well, I'm off for today...lots to do...looks nice outside.

Hi...I just sent off Krissy, Delores, Barbara, and Cathy England thier POE greeting/ receipe card and small note...I have as yet to find Post cards...and the rest will be going out here soon also by card...I did not know you were contemplating moving Cathyml....lots of people doing that right now. I could stand to have Diana's new addy, and some of the fellas we talk to right now daily...addy's.....if they want to participate. Ron..same goes for Anna. Cathyml..hope I can keep in touch with you for addy's  updates...and I think I could use Sue's address also..isn't she the one that started all this long time ago?

It is an BEAUTIFUL night...one worthy of romance....big moon...sunset crimson...stars about to come out....warm enough your not cold... not to hot either...no wind. Just flat out "perfect"...kind of night you think of all the liitle outside cafe's 'downtown Portland filled up with people visting people... over an glass of wine and enjoying themselves...relaxing. Use to love to go out on nights like these and listen to my tapes and sing songs with them after an hectic day of activites/kids...whatever. Get in my patio swing up on the back deck and rock gently and just soak it all in.

 I did some more "winter pantry" preparing today....here soon we will be living off of it...as I found hubby didn't save the money for this year's house property taxes coming up...it's an lot of money...so this house is going to be in survival budget crisis mode for several months. I wonder how he thought we'd escape paying them. Non-sense. Anyway....I bought an case of chiken broth today for my winter soups...2 more cases of canning jars...to make the soup...and some sale items that you might as well get when it is on sale. The others were an good price also. Least I've seen to date or I would not of bought them. The wide mouth cannning jars would equal 25 cents each per quart jar on sale. Soup is now upwards $1.77 an can for chicken noodle...for 19 ozs...on sale...1/4 of it's liquid only. I still have my chile to make...slow aren't I...but one grandchild coming over consumes about 2 days of my time for every overnight stay. School will be starting soon enough as it is and then I should have mroe time to get caught up in things around the house.

I'm asking everyone was here at POE to come back in more often... and make for POE "family" friendly Holidays this year. Even if the times are an bit stressed and wild these days...we still got each other...we just got to "make it happen". We can do that...only to perfection... we can do that.... if we want. So let you all go for tongiht. I'm reading an diary on line right now of an traveling Methodist curcuit-rider preacher back east by the name of Jacob Young....the people he visited, he's on the road expereinces...his sickness, his doubts and triumphs. Many of the the people he mentions, I've already  done genealogy on them. He made 50 cents one year...but the people gave him an night to stay and food to eat wherever he went and some of them even made him some new clothing. And doctor gave his services freely also...and he feels truly "blessed" he said it was an year of making the less...but having the most...because of the help he received from others. I can rember even as I was an child...the Sunday dinners with the Pastor...and his family...or the pot lucks at church. Must go for now..so talk later on.
