If you had bought the Target shoes you would have used them to kick yourself because you couldn't have got 2 in payless and a McDonalds lunch (that doesn't sound as though it should be on your diet list, lol) Hi everyone, we are having really wierd weather. We are "supposed" to have dry winters. Last night we got a thunderstorm and pouring rain. This morning it started all over again, along with three hail storms!! That's going too far!! Lasted most of the day and now it's stopped there is a freeezzzzzing wind blowing off the snow on the mountains way down in Kwazulu Natal!! Hey Syd, are you freezing down there??? For now it is quiet, which is why I can get onto the computer without fear of the lightning taking it out! Hope you are all doing well and had a restful and pleasant weekend! |

Says your never to feel hungry as you lose the weight...and you eat an little all day long...and have an choice of three different meals 5x a day....mostly centered around steamed veggies, greens, brown rice, plain non-fat yogurt and fresh fruit...for 9 days before you start slowly adding other things. But this one says I can forget about the logging and the paper work and just follow it and not calorie count either....just be good about eating each meal the same time everyday if possible. I'll end today with an peach-mango smoothie...about 8 pm. See how it goes. Here Cathy...Richard Nolle is my favorite Atrrologer every year...around New Year's....he said of London that he said back in Janurary be prepared for clashes and crashes early August. Here is his August 15th update....you can also see it on Astropro.com..Keep your eye on Spaceweather.com for the next several weeks and stay within ear shot of your weather radio....we are in an Mercury Max period and it's peaking this week. We also have an couple of storm and quake peaks left...one this week and one an couple of weeks from now. Full moon activity might stir up volcanic activity.Jim Berkland's window is open now also..and of course they keep waiting for southern California to have an earthquake...hopfeully in some not to populated place. Two more Indonesia volcanoes erupted whcih brings them to 18 total so far and most likely is cooling down the planet for the unusal weather...we haven't really had an "summer" this year, most people now are just beginning to look toward any produce from them. So far we have had two zuchinni and two bowls of berries. Not much for the hundreds of dollars put into it. Leslie about has her greenhouse finished...up above Colorado at the 7,000 foot level she's going to try to make it grow her greens over this winter. Last I heardwas installing her fans in it...will be ran off solar panels for the heat. I enjoy listening to her talk about building it...I hope it's an sucess for her. For her in the snow it's an long way to the grocery store. I best scoot for now and get back to some of the things need attended to around here...Have an good day everyone!!! |

We use to have this guy lived up in Washignton State and was snowed in winter...we use to make on-line like we were at his house "partying". That's where the so called "INCOMING" ...EVERYONE DUCK!...random snowballs fights use to start from....it goes ***********ZAP!...{gotcha!!!}....!!!!!...then we had little symbols for everything you know...(/) (/) (\)...shake your booty.. shake your booty....long time ago....this is what happened if someone got you in the eye..".#"..SPLAT......this was if the cops were coming to break up the party=======0-0E (motorcycle). Anyway....people don't DO that any more I guess...they take it out into the streets these days. Not much to do these days but.......ZZZZZZzzzzz....ZZZZzzzz...sleep. Lovely day here...best get to doing my favorite pastime...work!!! *S |

And it was back in those days I found myself doing things I would of never done otherwise. One time I sat for hours with others as we talked our way through another young lady being in an hurrricane. She lived inland more so.. about 5 miles...and she said when they were told to evacuate it was bumper to bumper traffic into the next state...so she came back and we all stayed with her through this thing in case she needed help. Well, offically day one.. of two 20 min walks and on the diet plan 100 per cent today. Hope to see soem better results on my next Lipid Blood test. Peach smoothie I made tonight was not my thing though...the peach wasn't ripe enough. Hi Ruth...How you doing? At least we are getting along over here, in my other web site they are in an agrument...over which is more vicious an Rotwieller... or an Pit Bull Dog. Any dog can be dangerous....they used some pretty strong language over there. My brother came over tonight with his wifey....they seem kind of hostile to each other also....must be those bad vibes I heard about the end of this month rearing its ugly head up. My brother's birthday is this Saturday. Here he gave her "red roses" also. Their first wedding anniversary is about 10 days after his birthday...maybe things can calm down an bit.I have enough stress right now...I am "dieting". I went for my second walk and ran into my neighbor...who was walking her Beagle....and she said that he's been anxious here lately and wanting to voice his opinion...and I said...you know it an full moon don't you?..Maybe he wants to "Howl" and is to yong to know howas of yet? She just laughed. I better get going for now...still have some things to get done here tonight before I head into bed. Have an good evening......... 90 % Poof everyone....going going ..out! |

Sk Lawson Posts: 4014 Joined: 7th Oct 2010 Location: USA | Posted at 18:25 on 17th August 2011 I know Ron..computers use to be "fun" and informative but not any more...or at least with some people. The argument busted up in my other web site finally...things moved on. I stayed nearly good on my diet yesterday until I woke up hungry and couldn't sleep. But I'm back on it this morning, did my 20 minute walk and yesterday I did 50 minutes during the day. Pushing it an bit though and probably won't do that today. I was just reading about Kristy Alley and her "Dancing with the Stars" and the fact that she lost 80 pounds. during the time she was doing the show....that's really to be commended on her part. Sometimes you know you need the help of others to "do it". We had an weight watcher's class one time and we were all stuggling and they changed us to 5 pieces of fruit an day instead of three....and in comes one of the gals and at the news she said...".Oh Good!...because I love to eat, eat, eat"....and the comment just ruined it for the rest of us struggling so hard. Within 3 weeks the class closed down. Our braggart didnt' help either...as many of us were "country folk" there...and she kept telling us all her "rewards" her hubby gave her if she lost weight...one of which was an new "Lexus" car. For most of us.... this is living in an fairytail world to tell you the truth. We put up with her as best we could but after an while, it gets "Old" to put up with. She would of done better helping and encouraging others in an truthful way..or sharing low calorie receipes and tips. Water under the bridge now I guess you know. They changed an closed down all the small classesand you have to go into Portland now to go to weight watchers. I have no idea what thsi post ofice closing will do locally...Obama wants to close down another 16,000 of them. Get rid of the "paperwork" so there are no trails left behind that an good computer hacker can't "re-do" for legality I guess. It also serves no purpose on catching "fraudulent" services as they have nothing on the internet, like they do in the post office for dealing with them....as to misrepresenting the advertised goods or services or product. But anyway. Here pretty soon we won't be living in an society worth having...by the time special interest groups and computers do their dirty deeds. Kids already readily follow the blind...they had to get through school...as thinking "creativitly" went out the door for rules and regulations. Run in an pack.... that the teachers liked for students. Most liked because the parents found ways to give the schools "kick backs" or the teachers. So now they have an problem with kids beign behind in thier test scores as the truth of education really comes out. What is it they tell their kids...you either did it or didn't...well...they showed them an example using their authority. I guess I had better get going for today....always something to do. |
