We have one here with a brilliant leader, and it's a lot of fun with everyone encouraging each other. I have lost 27 lbs in just under 6 months, which I am SO pleased about! Another course of antibiotics, can't believe this year, it's been full of ill health generally, so looking forward from hereon. Haven't had a dram in ages, just gone off the stuff somehow, now thats what I call serious! lol Thanks for agreeing to help out POE as a moderator, it's really appreciated.
