It's a shame you don't have a Weight Watchers Shirley.  We have one here with a brilliant leader, and it's a lot of fun with everyone encouraging each other.  I have lost 27 lbs in just under 6 months, which I am SO pleased about!

I still don't know how you manage to fit so much into one day!!  LOL

degging is another english dictionary word for watering my dear it is used in most regions of the north west.Smile

Hi James. Been to the GP again today, and now I've got a chest infection!

Another course of antibiotics, can't believe this year, it's been full of ill health generally, so looking forward from hereon.

Haven't had a dram in ages, just gone off the stuff somehow, now thats what I call serious! lol

Thanks for agreeing to help out POE as a moderator, it's really appreciated. Thinks.....that'll stop him from saying nasty things about me again! lol
