I just had a Saturday lunch - black forest ham, roast turkey, baby spinach, cucumbers, red onions and black olives, with mayonnaise on a whole wheat bun.  They call these sandwiches hoagies, or submarines or grinders.

I am.  Last thing you want to do when trying to lose weight is starve yourself, James.

My goal is 2 1/2 stone by the end of the year.  I only have about 11 lbs. to go.

Which reminds me, vacuuming is a very good exercise for fat burning and getting your heart rate up, and I think I hear the vacuum's ugly voice calling me name, so I'd best be off now.

You call it hoovering over there, don't you?
