Today, I went to see my sister, whom "asked" me to come over last night...her friend lives in her apartment complex is wheelchiar confined and on an dyalisis Kidney machine....she gave my sister some money to go buy some cat food for her. My sister's car wasn't working. So I went over there...she said that she had already bought the pet food...and quite frankly she "smelled"....I have talked to some people about this and they tell me that people whom often have chronic health problems with diseased organs do that. They smell. Sometimes this is when I take out some clothes I've found might fit her and ask her to take an bath before she tries them on.Today...I simply ran the car air conditioner and found things to do around the house here .I gave her some new odor eaters for her shoes, vitaminsand some other things she needs to be taking daily like CO-Q 10.... we looked at the garden, munched some off it..and I made her some lunch, some new "pot pies" just came out in the stores so we tried half of one each with some soup. She watched some of her favorite shows on TV and fell to sleep in my arm chair...I let her sleep...while I did an bit of gardening...and chasing my cats around, and walked an bit fo rmy daily excerise... Came in an made some stew for tonight's dinner, as its Scout night....and when it was finished we had some and I took her back to her house, with some of the chili I made weeks ago, some of the stew, I had just made, and some zuchinni, and patty pan squash.... that was it, Oh, we did stop by an fruit stand so she could get some fresh peaches on the way to her house. Real exciting heh?....I came home with the entire car opened up.... going down the road... to air it out.

But..exciting....talk about exciting...Pat Sajack and Vanna White are going to do the TV game show of "Wheel of Fortune" at Chinook Winds Casino at Lincon City, on the coast Sept 24 th and the first weekend of October......Now...THAT...could maybe be exciting.

It came out today that Mr. Obama's rendering of the situation here in the states and how to run it has now put 1 in every 6 Americans in the "poverty" line.Dare say do we beleive this?...can we?..and we thought we were voting for the best guy out there when we elected him....to get things straightened out once again.  Maybe next time?...we keep thinking someday as "people" we can get this voting down right so what we want..... and what our leaders are going to do about it comes out more favorable to the both of us. We have not had an very favorable record for an long time...in making things better. For John Q. Citzen. Watch.. about the time we retire and desparately desparately need the help...it's gone. I just know that is probably what will happen...I sure wish it would change! We are already at stage one of "desparate"...you would think I could figure my way out of this one by now......But...I'm not the one made it to begin with... I go for now.... Think it over.

                                                Sincerely...

........................................................John.........................................

(You know an dear John Letter when you see one don't you?....S*)

Shirley, you should try living here.  We are in the black abyss of despair.  No hope and no future.  The sun no longer shines.   The birds no longer sing.  I look at TV and wonder how long it will be before Suzanah Reid looks like an old crone.  Through the tears of misery I seek the answer to my woe "why does the chicken madras not taste so good ?"

Marjorie, how ever many God alls me to have...but I'm an double action gal also. Gemini...double the person into an couple others. I don't think my son has ADHD by mistake, I think some of ti comes from me, and I know Benjamin Franklin had it also. They are the types into everything. That's what my doctor tells me...slow down!!!

Mick...I don't know...because it turned "French Hen"? Just guressing.

I'm siting here tonight you know listening to Geo. Noory talking about Lyme's disease, it carried on with this fella for 20 years, the doctors diagnosised him with "MS" and he was nearly wheel chair bound on his death bed, couldn' tlife his head up...when an new little gal came in and she didn't see where they had done the test for it...she had just came back from an seminar on it..she had him tested...and yep, he had it. It took him another 10 years to recouperate. My friend for years one end had MS...last time I saw her, she was going to get weekly shots. I had asked her one time, if she knew how she got it, and she said they thought an old dog they had...Lyme disease is caused by an tick. You don' t suppose. I know when we were in "Scouts" they were always making us take precautions for insects..I still SAT on an big huge BUMBLEBEE....whop, guess who go tstung in the rearend people. It killed him...ha ha ha...I got my revenge!!!  I use to take an small box of Baking soda with me in my backpack, you can do all kinds of things with it, but last thing I did every night was I'd take an small pan of water and wash down my skin head to toe with the Baking Soda...I was always more scared of Misquito bites an itching then bullying bumble bees. this guy was an jogger in some woods near by..he thnks that where he got bit. After they found out what he had, they kept tracks of the towns records...and found out people disagnosed with "MS" was about in 10 years time so theywent out an caught some...over the years the ticks tested for it at first was 3 per cent...after 10 years they tested 60 per cent. So they sprayed the forrest area to kill them.

I also watched Robert Irivne tonight again, from "Restruarant Impossible"..he's the Englsih Chef has come ovee here. He really had quite the night tonight, everything was going wrong. He go tthe place remodeled, new menu made and help retrained...restrurant was doing 50 per cent more profit then it had been doing. It brought back an lot of memeories for me. I don't think people really understand when youwalk into an place to "re-do" it...hwo much of you goes into it. I think I made it four hours before I got into it with the nursing staff. Ihad couple of them coming after me...I thought I'd probably be fired that day...but my boss then came to my aide, I heard them screaming out in the hallway...and she came in and she said, your right.... they won't do that any more...go back to work. It started an 10 year career of "They won't do that any more" for me. I have seen her come to my aide now several times from the "other side" of late its been with my heart problems. Of course, when I get mad, I was good at getting people "told" about how I felt...I'd hold it back and I tried but it just comes "bursting" through. they had not pre-rinsed an patient's diaper pad...they didn't have disposables back then...and we didnt' wear gloves either back then, and we didn't cover our soiled linen cart back then....all things I changed when they made me supervisor....anyway, I picked up this flece laden pad, someone had messed on, all ove rmy hands... I went out and threw i across the nurse's station, wiped my hands on thier desk... I said, we don't take this kind of stuff unless its pre-rinsed...you don't use your washing machine for an toliet do you?...and walked away. You kow what, this boss "remembered me"...when I had worked for an city hosptial in the laundry...and she knew I had been trained better..because she had worked there also...she up held me.... so I know what this guy was going through tonight...sometimes it hard to make people better then just "workers"...but professionals... at what they do. I guess that is why I have my so called "intruder" though in the history work, just to remind that no one is perfect..heh? One time I was told, like what you do, like the people you work with...because you will be spending more time with them in your life then you probably will your own family. Don't waste it. I think if the young kids could do this and feel like this our world would be in better shape right now. I had an kid tell me, OH, Shirley...no one stays at an job thiese days unelss it's for big bucks...and it's certainly not for loyalty!....and I looked at him, and I said then your an loser on two accounts with me.... He didn't know how to take that exactly.

I guess I should get going for now. I'm half tired and half not tired tonight. I am reading tonight in this latest book I have...that microbes that kill us, give us diseases has do do with them and our genes. Itgoes for Percusis also..whoopin cough Ron...it may of carried on so long for you two because your genes are not suited well to destroying it. Thsi book says your immune for life if you make it through it all. Itsays it most common way fo getting it is from others coughing with the germ in the spray...but pigs and dogs are carriers....for instance your dogs scratches you, or you handled infected pork fo rcooking for dinner with it in it...and on another page it says it ranks in the Old world as an number one killer of humans also. I wonder what "gene"you have that might not be helping you as much as it could.Did you know your being heavy/overweight could be an help to you also. It says with many of these sicknesses it helped for people to have fat concentrations in them. I best go for now...getting late.

Don't forget to tell me the answer about the chickens in "Spain that hate to stay in the plain".,,, that's why they go around saying "bock, bock...kind of chcken like....they know they are going to get served up on an plain plate someday. Oh, cruel world~~~~~bye*
