As of this morning it's pretty well cleaned up and an gone and on to Christmas!!! Hubby went out this morning to fight the crowds long enough to get us another coffee pot. I don' t know if that could of been the source of the rash I have now or not...maybe to much work? Today is Nov. 25th...the "super moon" also. But I think we already had the so called drastic storm scenaro Richard Nolte mentioned. I had to sleep on an magnetized pad Wednesday night my back hurt me so and I've had "crystals" crack before one time on me, during an "eclipse" out here...I had an bad back problem then also.... and was using it to absorb the low/high gravitational energy of it. Boys got an much needed hair cut today...now if they'd just learn to keep their hands to themselves while arguing, which calls for one of Grandma's sermon's on being brothers.....the youngest is nearly the same size of the oldest and it's not working... the oldest needs to get bigger in size..he's also the most quietest. The youngest is the one that is always having people calling out his name to stop this or that...of whatever he's doing...has an temper also in ways. For that reason...I've had the oldest here the last three weekends. He needs some space of his own around the house...where he is heard for his quiet ways. He barely ate an thing yesterday fro dinner...but was snacking prety good today. They both could use some postiive freinds to help them an bit better..ones don't give in... but are there to talk things over with them from time to time.... and be an friend. but I guess we all need that in ways also. I was so tired after this dinner that I went down and slept an couple hours around 7 pm last night....that's so I can see Lady Gaga...if she wasn't on last night. In short..might of missed her"special" on TV. Hope you all had an good Thanksgiving...guess we will know by the 7-up and anti-bloating tablets they sold the last day or so...laughs*... Best get going for now. |

Sk Lawson Posts: 4014 Joined: 7th Oct 2010 Location: USA | Posted at 17:43 on 27th November 2011 Good morning!...Christmas decorating has begun around here and I finished off the last of the presents yesterday and bought my hubby an snow blower, for the sidewalk and driveway... it says it will blow snow as high as 27 feet..so that should get it over the deck railing also. He knows, to big an box when I brought it home for me to handle. They ended up putting it the back seat of our car and pushing the seat ahead in order to get it iin there because it wouldn't fit in the trunk. It's not all that big, just the box is bulky...but if you ever go to buy one..take the truck to haul it back to your house. This gift is an decidedly "you know..we aren't getting any younger" theme to buying it. Now all I have is his birthday Dec. 30th..but we ususally go out to dinner for that one. I had an house full of kids last night. Five of them I counted running around. I guess extra kids my daughter in-law was taking care of. but we strung some Chirstmas lights just the same last night....guys cleaned our chiminey with an sweeper thingy. So guess we are good for an nice roaring fire safety in the fireplace. I best get going as I have decorations yet to do and some of them are all over the place right now, looking for an place to fit into the decor. It's red and white poisettas with snowmen this year...was snooping at Kohl's yesterday and their "Warm Wishes" placemats have set the theme for me to play with in decorating. .Red, White, Green and touches of black...and maybe some Gold. I go for now....they all go back to school tomarrow and good thing..I think sissy is wearing down the keys on this computer.... I'll need some snowflakes spray to touch up the greenery an bit....oh my.... Talk later on... MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE! |

So, a few more days and I'll pull the boxes down from the garage loft. Lovely weather here at the moment. Still freezing in the mornings, but its was wonderful later. Oh, exciting news! My son is coming home from his army stint in Korea in March. I know thats still a ways off, but I'm excited already. And there's a good chance he is going to be stationed this side of the states. Hope you all have a wonderful week. |
