I did note that POE was AWOL mid morning when I was going to have a quick peep, but all's well that ends well as Wallace says. |

Sk Lawson Posts: 4014 Joined: 7th Oct 2010 Location: USA | Posted at 18:22 on 11th November 2012 Good morning!..I tried to come in last night an couldn't it said the web page was unfound..so I asked fo rmore details and it said that there was an device not working properly, bu tdidnt' say whiich one,,,my hubby yesterday re wired new colax? cables on the bedroom Tv set and he was checking things over..still is he's with my Holiday movies right now. I was up until after 1am doing the snowmen..and still have the eyes to do an can't get the paint opened up..3-demensional puff paints for the eyes and carrot nose. so I will be wroking on that one and then they can be delivered. Ot should I say "set up" somewhere in the house. I ended up putting the jars and lights left over hooked to them on an cookie sheet last night so I could move them from room to room..hubby thinks they are cute though..even without the faces as of yet. Peggy..I can't even have very much of the orange juice to tell you the truth...it's an emergency drink now if my blood sugar drops to low. But I stilll like my tea and occasionally an diet coke...or such.I have an receipe for an Rose'Wine punch I'll have to share with you some time as it's my all time favorite for quite an few years. Use to use it at my couple's bunco games way back when. It would go well with my sister in-law's lemon and Raspberry "Poke" jello cake this year for an desert after Bunco..little whip cream and some fresh stevia sweetened raspberries. Picked up my sister yesterday...and we got her an washer/dryer..so maybe no more dirty smelling clothes..they deliver it Thursday...and of course you know we are are on three day holdiay because of Verteran's Day..all banks closed. So they guy wanted cash or ancredit card...she has no creidt cards. So I put it on mine, and she wrote me the check for it so I could deposit it. I don't know if the ATM would of taken that large of amount in cahs or not. For her, this is something she's wanted and needed as much as it was for us the car situation..which still isn't completely over as of yet. So then wewent to the Craft Store outting last night and I didn't think many would be there as they opened it up at 5 pm....dinner time..WHOA!stand back..most all the ladies in town showed up...to the tune of across the front of the store that takes up and block to down the end of the store that easily takes up another street block. Wee little brand new baby boy, crying in front of us also...cold night last night, but he didnt' look to much more then an couple of weeks old. We all got in and he got warmed up and snugged back down to sleep again. Sure did remind me of my son though when he was little. We had such an strong bond back then..we just "knew" when each other was around and it made everything "OK". . anyway, I let her pick out an ribbon wreath for this year for her wall..and it was 2/3 offthe regular price...so yesterday was an good day shopping for my sister..and I hope it puts her in an good mood and more "Christmasey" feeling this year. Cathyml..was I ever thinking of you last night..they had an artist's painter box of paints for $149 on sale for $99...and then gave us shopping coupons for another 30 per cent off..one item only. I think that's got to be about the best pricing for so many paints in an box I've ever seen labeled as true "artist" paints. Maybe that's why those lines were so long and it seemed like everyone knew exactly where to go for what they wanted...but they just stripped the place last night for the most part. Shopper's paradise. Whose says people aren't buying if the price is right is very wrong. James...my sister in law...DeeDee is wanting to know if we have what's called an "diamond drill bit" to make holes in glass wine bottles to make them into lamps...you could help her collect wine bottle you know...she would no doubt like that...though her hubby also named "Jim"..my brother... might not. I am anxious to see one of them already made myself..I wonder if she will leave the lable on it or just make them in clear plain glass. Well..the fun around here is just starting...I have an doctor's appt tomarrow and havent' had the time to "diet and excerise" like I was so maybe its an good thing I am going and then the dentist wants to see me again mid-week from the previous surgery. So I best go get the stuff to set up the snowmen and finsish them off and get them delivered today...you all have an nice weekend. I am not sure how many people have tomarrow off exactly either. I know banks are closed, don't know about the schools. Talk later...and hope none of this "not found" web page shows up....I'd wear my little "red poppy" if they still made them over here for our Veterans. Tootles!... |

I think I read somewhere the other day that Artem and Kara Tointon (I think that's her name) are living together. Waiting for next week now! :) |
