Here is a link to the web site if anyone is interested in more info and more photos. I hope Ron won't mind as it's a charity event. http://www.norlandscarecrows.co.uk/

Angel Octoberfest...tis the season as they say. Fondue and apple strudel galore. Lots of mudslinging statements going on over the internet here these days..don' t believe what's being said and lots of nastiness being said about Obama's.... and I don' t buy into that one either. WE must have an lot of people that want this war as much as an lot of people don't want to get involved...people pushing buttons in any way they can to enrage and excite. I woke up earlier this morning to fog so thick you couldn't see your hand in front of your face, but cleared off nicely...to sunshine.. Have an good day everyone...be looking forward to seeing Rustyruth's pictures. |

All the grandkids are home, so grandma got in an aftenoon nap. Fell asleep watching two guys building an treehouse...it was super nice...and very liveable also as an modern cabin in the air. Trees are turning autumn colors here...I guess an by product of the chilly air with the rainstorm the other day...mostly the maple trees for now. I got an chance to paint the rocker gluider it's first coast, will try to stain it tomarrow and then the sealer...then the cushion...will look like fine furniture rather then outdoor summer furniture. Pier One Imports has an dark wood settee for $389 at the moment for sale. There's is an entry way type in an enclosed Patio/ Garden or bedroom/hall type settee. We took out the daughter in-law an great big boquet of flowers also today. Grandson walked around me with the garden snippers and would cut off the flowers and greenery as I asked him to do. Swimming pool for this summer id now down and in storage until next year. Talk to you all later on...enjoy whatever it is your doing. |
