I'm not a tea or coffee drinker really, one cup of tea a day at the most, can't remember when I last drank coffee.  I do drink a lot of water, but never in the Grouse Smile

Ron made me laugh..that's how I feel somedays with all the waterthey want me to drink...like an Peapot. I have to have an bathroom where ever I go.

Ok, I listened to an guy last night....whom says they lost hundreds of thousands of animals in South America recently due to "snow"...he thinks we are going into an ice age. He claims that they just got done measuring  both the poles to find out it gained over one million miles of ice total this year...that's not global warming exactly. He says he thinks places like England will have an bad winter this year...any place that's more northern or southern. Was asking for people to store up seeds for inside greenhouses..food..snow removal devices and heating sources such as wood. He claims past records show that ice ages take about 20 years to develop. Perhaps why the Farmers Almanac says an cold and high snow year for most areas over here also, and early snows this year also. He said that not all places would be affected by an ice age and sited the last time Seattle was under 2,000 feet of ice, but by the time you get to Olympia, to the  south the ice was gone...and  Oregon saw but only an drop about five degrees over all cooler..he said Arizona would see more rain, perhaps also seeing more green into the landscape. So It is  we are going to monitor this ourselves by people reporting in perhaps. But he thinks along the northern border of the USA this year, you had better be prepared for this winter also...it's going to be much worse then in years past.  Almanac claims my area will see it's first snow in mid December. I guess I better get some more wood maybe.

But for today..record breaking heat...and I don' t look forward to it, but am sure glad I finished my painting yesterday. I'm doing finishing up projects on that, but I need to clean my house right now also.  so I best be going. Talk later on.

while the question and answer period are here,, I just finished my afternoon dinner, while my mind took me into the Yorkshire area as having dinner there. our law firm has a client from Wales,,, he said they do not think of dinner before 8 PM.

What is the "Official" time frame for the dinner hour where you are? it is right at 7 PM your time(12 PM here)...

Yes, inquiring minds have got to know!!

Richard  in answer to your question --Anyone who is working has a break from  12pm--1pm or 1pm--2pm which is classed as "dinner hour"

Then from 4-30pm--6pm is  called Tea-Time when people usually have their Evening meal--i think dinner came from over your place which can mean anytime from early evening till late evening--sort that out.Laughing

Tap Peggy, always tap, Yorkshire water is lovely, I drink at least 2 litres a day Smile
I'd be no good in a desert, not enough water.
