I'm with James on the timings for meals, I could never think of eating as late 8pm, maybe a snack but not a full meal.

Richard  in answer to your question --Anyone who is working has a break from  12pm--1pm or 1pm--2pm which is classed as "dinner hour"

Then from 4-30pm--6pm is  called Tea-Time when people usually have their Evening meal--i think dinner came from over your place which can mean anytime from early evening till late evening--sort that out.Laughing

it is now all sorted and pearshaped....Have a good night all,,, sleep well..

Peggy, mines a cider but until I finish work and get home it is just good old coffee and not any fancy ones just instant. I do not use coffee shops- seems you get everything except a normal basic cup of coffee, and at a silly price as well. As for herbal, my wife drinks various flavours- she seems to enjoy them.

Meal times - now there is a joke- not every day mind you but some days breakfast might be between two and three depending on how much running around is going on, I know I know tis all wrong but can't change a habit of a lifetime.
