As I heard when we were in Australia "its enough to blow a dog off a chain". It's certainly got a lot windier here in the last hour.

Good morning!.....snow just about gone here....birds checking out the tree damage I have thsi morning...looks like Blue Jays. Everyone gave up discussing England when the 6. 9 quake took plave on an tectonic platte betweem China and India today...yesterday thier time probably. Has been having after shocks in the 5.2 mag range and so forth..as it releases. Last one this srong over there was 2008...same area.

filling the freezer pretty much besides the stables  Ihad ran out of while this snow/ice storm went over last week. Atlanta, Gerogia is under it all now.

Lady was on about the Veronia epsidoe of leaving an image of Jesus on an piece of cloth supposedly wiped across his face during his crucification.  Her book is called the "Sixth Station" because it's the station of the cross where Veronia is shown. But she's into another book...that an priest she worked with before got her into on "Judas", before he died..he asked her to take his belongings and to take them to the USA..for some reason he didn't want the Vatican get ahold of them. WEll, she did, but it didn't work very long. They conntacted her over there an dpicked up most of it..though sh ewas able to sneal an old bible from them. Which she says is in code pretty much and seems to be about eceesene teachings perhaps. Of which she says, there reference in it that we came from the planet of Sirus..which was new data to her. She is still researching this bible. Rest of the information was family information and pictures of this priest in his youth and as he aged with dignitaries around the world. She said because it was in Latin..it took her an translator to understand it. She feels the power that Jesus had over humanity..that he may of chosen Judas to betray him...in order to fulfill his destiny...so he cuold be martyared later on. As the bible says...he was as danergours to them dead as he was alive..and things seemed to went to his dictates in ways..esp by the time of his resurection.. I am now just having my first cup of coffee...so I need an refill...so talk to you all later on.

Ruth...I take my sister shopping, because she simply doesn't have much money to buy food these days. One reason I need an "pantry" and one reason I need "sale" items in groceries. But if it were not fo rothers helping her, she'd be walking to go get the things she buys.she has an little wagon, but it only will hold so many bags of items. She has though taught us all an lot of how to live off nothing. Such as Jurnior baby food for meat on crackers. Surgar free puddings on cake mixes for desserts. When she buys regualr meat it's almost awsy chicken or pork of somekind, preferably pork chops. She eats an gravy over her meat also.  Chicken pot pies...soup...canned veggies she can smash up...as she doesn't wear her dentures. They hurt her and she doesn't have the money to get them fixed like they need to be. Federal assistencedoesn' tgive them the luxury of paid dental services. She spent an entire year here awhile back pulling out all her own teet for the dentures she did finally get...that she doesn't wear. You kno whow th edoctors these days see to it that you have to have thier medical services constantly...well, she don' thave the moneyt for that much of the time. Sad isn't it. But I find myself going without these days also. I am lucky though to afford an bit better diet. Her diabetes is caused from eating to much carbyhdrates for the food she does eat...I also think she's in need of vitamin c also. I keep giving her drinks with vitamin C in it..and NOT as "Screwdrivers" laden with liquor either..that she doesn't need because of the diabetes. I go for now and talk later on....we have about 1,800 people without electricty right now, but hope you find everything restored soon. With the snow gone people can actually get out to repair stuff..

Morning everyone. It was horrendous here last night too, we got our power back late yesterday evening though. Apart from a few things blown over so far everything seems OK. Others have been not so lucky. It's quite calm at the moment, the lull before the next lot I expect. Hope everyone is OK.

Hi James, we still have a slight breeze but that's normal here, nice and sunny at the moment though. Our only damage seems to be my thumb which I sliced through yesterday evening cutting cheese by torchlight Frown

John, I've just looked at the BBC web site, apparently the storm heading our way for Friday is predicted to be worse than yesterday's. You have to wonder where all this water is going to go. I do hope your drains don't overflow.

Yes I am James, I'd noticed a couple of days ago it was a bit slower than normal, I thought at first it was the internet on a go slow, but all the other web sites I open are lightening fast. Maybe something's going on behind the scenes that we don't know about Smile
