Good morning..I ended up watching only the last 15 mins. of DWTS..cause I went to go get my sister..whose having Comcast problems, I think her counselor needs to intervein..she said they put an lean against her..when she first got it, they offered one of those so many day "specials"..then later on told her it was to carry on as an regular contract...she owed them money. She didn't understand that part of the agreement..she figured it would just stop after so many days. I guess they came out an got her black box to hook up her transmission and keep saying they will bring it back, but havent' so far. So I went over last night to pick her up to see the premeir of her favorite show on right after DWTS...S.H.I. E.L.D ..but in the process over there ran into an traffic accdient on the highway..had the cars backed up for miles on end and all kinds of emergency vehicles there..we went around it, but it took me time to do the detour. I havent' seen her for some time anyway..so got caught upin everything.  

Raining pretty good outside right now, bu suppose to be drier bythis afternoon...I walked one mile this morning, and will do the four miles later on probably. It took me another scales before I dropped anotherpound...this is getting expenisve. So that makes $100 this month just to be able to weigh myself...talk about an total "rip off".

Kitty's all cozy this morning...time for the hot tea making. Maybe by  the end of next month an fire in the fireplace occasionally. could use some more firewood for very many of them. Everyone is breathing such an sigh of relief over this rain. Putting out many of the fires, but more then that...allowing northern California to maybe have enough rain to re-fill their drinking water before people have to move out of the area further south for lack of water. Phil says they need an good Mountain snow pack to melt later on for southern California. They claim 4 inches fell yesterday in the REdwoods...maybe help put out the 85,000 acre "King Fire"...and our 36 pit fire east of Estacada was over 5,000 some acres Sunday here.  I had an " vision" on that one, that it couldn't be helped... without God's rain coming to the rescue. 

I go for now, thinking of Progresso "light" chicken Soup for lunch and fresh veggies....100 calories for the soup...and maybe 50 for the fresh veggies. I did 200 floor excerises last night. Should of heard my bones crunching and creaking doing side body "twists"..made me feel older then I am, might be built up cholestrol deposits though.. until my heart problem I didn't know it build up like that I thought it was simply calcium deposits, found out something I did not know...and so did the doctor  attemping to treat me for arthritis instead of cholestrol problems.. he has since left the clinic there. Have an good day everyone!
