Well if you're stuck indoors with a paintbrush John, you're not getting bitten by critters in your garden.

Well, I'm tired to Ron, but it's important to my health to get this weight off and out of the "Pre-diabetes" stage...as my heart meds are not compatible with diabetes meds. I've already had the pharmacy check it out to see if it would kill me taking them both...he said...keep them as many hours apart from each other that you  possibly can...and work on lowering all those bad lab tests. Faster you do it the faster you can get off the diabetes meds. If I lose another pound by tomarrow...I'm within the 10 per cent weight off...and still have more to go by the 20 per cent, but after that I should be free of them. My gloucose yesterday morning was 87....normal is 80 to 120...Saturday morning it was 91....so I am getting there...but by golly the least little bit of anything and up I shoot, and that includes being stressed out in gneral without eating anything. I'd rather talk history with you all right now..but it will be an long one. Remember my visitation the other day at the park...he was guiding me to an man named "Bishap Hedda"...most likely his wife's family line...and winchester Cathederal.  Bishop Hedda around the mid 600 AD to early 700 AD. An guess who shows up...King Aurthur and his round table. A fake one supposedly implanted with Henry VIII picture, still remains at the Castle....but historians say...he was there...that "Winchester" was at one time King Aurthur's "Camelot".This tells me that they were indeed in co-horts with the Franks and the family of Jesus. I've been reading another book recently translated out of it's latin original. Supposedly Cardinal William Waxham's wife was an Elizabeth Hedly...but I come to find out that this linis is so old, where ever they lived the town was an namesake. They are most known in Essex, and in Northcumberland, besides Kent. So Paul Hilton, knew many years ago on the right line he was guiding me toward. But anyway the sister is here to see her show tonight...I have no idea what "Comcast" has done to her or her TV set as of yet...but I do think if an person has an favorite weekly show they ought to get to see it.  They won' t go broke helping her... that's the truth. I've got so many "Irons in the fire" as they say right now. I wonder if I'll get through them all. Yes, I'm beat, and worn out and tired..... So I go for now.  Even an hot nice bublly bath doesn' t help me to much any more. Guys want to group up together and go get firewood this weekend. I'm still working on some Christmas gifts also. Creit card is gettin up there...going to have to take some time and give some money to my hubby here soon to keep them lowered an bit better. Still trying to save for him some different transportation also. How much longer his truck keeps running is another matter. We depend on it for an lot..Boy Scout outtings, pulling the boat..getting firewood,...moving furniture for everyone...spare vehicle if needed..and on it goes. So on I go also. Have an good evening everyone.
