Yes, there's an chill in the air as I did my 5 mile walk today...after...after sleeping for 12 hours straight today..I told Ron I was tired yesterday.

I've been playing around with frying "grits" or polenta..whatever name you know it by...I know the southerners like it served like cream of wheat texture with thier eggs...but I molded mine and cut them down into squares and fried them on both sides...for warm syrup..or with sausage gravy or creamed chipped beef..or with salasa on top of it.

I gained an pound today...and needed to lose another pound, but made the doctor appointment for November 3.. to get the order for the lab tests by the end of the month sometime... and let's hope by then, I'm down another 15 pounds...for one thing, I bought myself some fuzzy smaller winter PJ's..in the next size smaller and I suredo hope they fit by then..at the very least by "Thanksgiving"...got my grandaughter some also. Hers are livelier looking then mine are...wiht white reindeer/snowflakes on red. I guess I better go, my sister said she couldn't find her "grits", so I will have to go look in the trunk of my car, but remember giving her an small sandwhich bag of them to try out. I think I'll go get me an sweater also.I've been feeling cold all day long!...bu I'm lots more rested up. smiles*

I go for the pink rose...as it's an bit of both sides...it goes to show you what political power and money can do to ruin an family...kill each other off basically. Just got back from an mile walk in the neighborhood..it's an glorious morning out there..sun already out..and not to hot. I'll probably add more to the walking here soon...thinking of going to the golf course fitness trail this morning. I'd like to find my daughter in-law and give her five loaves of frozen bread so she can unthaw them and feed the guys donuts as they cut firewood this weekend if possible. Little kids also. She's got the large fryer to cook them with also. They can snack on them with some hot coffee out in the woods. Well, off I go, I was reading an bit about your railway in the home page..they wereat one time quite popular until airplanes took over. Think it will be electric cars..or space obiters (cars) next? Nothing like "hovering" over the scenery!

Have an good day everyone.....
