Hi there...well, to start the day off....one reason it's not easy to be an bit "physic"....you see people occasionally that aren't really there. It started while I was walking yesterday..I am seeing Cardinal William Warham I think and whom would of been his wife in his later years I think. I did not think to much of it yesterday..as I passed them I smiled and his twinkling eyes gave an wink back. This morning when I saw them, she look terribly big and pregnant..about ready to "pop" at any time. I was going to talk to them going around the walk path next time and they disappeared on me. I was up last night writing down information on him and looking into his legacy and where abouts...supposedly he's the father of an late born child named William Larkin, whom he asked his friend in the "Percy" family to raise the child if anything happened to him. But I did some "Observation" this time of the two of them...he's very tall, and he has that what I call these days "fisher king" body style on him..she is very short, red hair, and it looked an bit cropped off..she looks about half his size. When he winked yesterday, I also looked at her with an smile and she kind of put her head down in an humble style of greeting. Which makes me wonder if she'd been in an monestary at some time. Usually seeing people means there's an "message" they are trying to convey to you.Could it be..your "family"? I keep researching, if they want me to know something they will lead me to finding the information easier.

I've got my 5 miles in walking today...make it 6 maybe by this evening. I stopped by the outdoor store last night and got me an better raincoat for walking in the rain.... and scout outtings also.  I also found some clothes I hadn't worn in an long time, now fit me very good.  I feel back on schedule with my diet since seeing the two this morning at the park also. Maybe they came to help me get away from King Henry VIII and Thomas Woolsey? Just had an nice tuna sandwhich on my 45 calorie bread, with an teaspoon on non-fat mayo and pickle juice, romaine letttace leaf.. and four little kosher pickles and fresh mini-carrots and sugar free vanilla pudding cup..came in at 247 calories.....Leaves me some calories to play  around with. But again ..no bowel movement recently. That makes me gain weight also..to retain it...which leaves me in dire pain of an sort and bloated. Just keep up..maybe teh tuna fish can help me an bit also. Anyway, I go now...and by golly..another month nearly gone and teh weekend coming in. Talk later...

Evening everyone, it's been a nice day today, we've been to Skipton for a walk along the canal towpath and a look round the market. Your avatar is the only one missing John, and I saw your green box, but at least we know why now Smile
