Good Day "57"

I'm back but feeling tired/spent...off my diet and disorientated, but don't know if it's the quake energy.... or the recent sun flare acitivity. The quake only lasted 10 seconds but was strong enough to toss thngs all over the floor. Esp. stuff not hooked to the walls properly. It was centered about at Talkena..but Ankorage is an bigger town so media kind of dealt with it there for the news. No injuries reported so far thatI'm aware of. Not bad for an quake with that kind of magnitude. While it was going on, off in an angle comes in California near mammoth lakewith an small swarm going..that area is volcanic. Could of been caused from sun flare activity. 

I ran my 5 miles today but I've been off this diet since last night  pretty much and by golly...I'm reading 4 pounds gained also. I have never heard of anyone that has walked as much as I have this last month, ate so little... and loss so little in weight... to easly gain it back just over night.  It's un-realistic. But anyway...getting no where here lately. I don' t have time to waste on it. When I went into the emergecny clinic over here by my house...the health insurance company didn't pay an dime of the visit. So now I'm stuck owing them $258. Though I guess they have to bill me on it.  That's not right either. Thanks why we carry medical insurance on top of having medicare. You would think one of the two of them would pay this for me. I'm ticked off to say the least. Something very wrong when people can' t get medical help because of the cost of it. I did have an strange thing going on while there also, behin me going in and then later in front of me, was an lady looked like the Jeniffer Huston woman that supposed committed sucide recently over near Dundee, Oregon..supposedly an "happy mother" of two little boys. That whole thing "stinks" about as much an missing little Kyron Horman...so far never found. But anyway. Weird world we live in now. This earthquake comes in on Rosh Hashanah...the Jewish New Yearand John Hogue on coast has said that the "blood moons" this yeardon' t speak of good things for the Jewish people...that God would be speaking to them through their Holidays... and the "events" that happen then. Then coast said that crazy kind of stone sitting in Georgia I think it is that someone put up...with the idealism of whatit takes to run the world on..starting with taking down the population world wide to 500, million...something like that....just got an 2014 date on the thing plus, camera surveillence. Coasttocoastam. com the home page tells an bit more about this....supposedly this is an pre-view of what the elite will do making things into one new world Government.  It's generally as scarey as the HItler regeim in some ways. Might be an continuation of those days also. But anyway..tonight "coast" has on Linda Mouton Howe and she's an good reporter and researcher of weird stuff not many like to talk about with...I think tonight she's going to discuss some more animal mutalations going on...and some dude took video of an UFO riding along side the commerical jet this fella was riding in..it's over there also. I go for now...cloudy with occasional showers going through, but had no problem getting my walking in this afternoon. Now I just need to lose the blasted weight! Everyday is ticking along until those lab tests come up again... and I'm not making any progress.
