Lights are off downstairs. Curtains drawn upstairs. Out to meet a couple of mates in half hour. Pub will no doubt have something halloween going on!!!

Good evening everyone. No trick or treaters here, we are the only inhabited house in the area, which is 3 miles from the nearest proper road. The other five cottages in the row are all holiday homes and are empty.  All we can see is the sea Smile

  Ruth, if the door bell does go that could be the time to worry.

  You never know what them Spriggans, Piskies, Knockers,Faeries and other manner o small folk might be at the out there !!Surprised

   Mad as ever James, had a few at the door tonight, there was one young lad ( about ten I guess ) really done up well as the "grim reaper",even down to the blood smeared blade. I told him about the Dutch  rock band " Blue Oyster Cult" and their song -- " ( Don't Fear ) The Reaper " .   I think it went over his head !!

 We are not a family that likes fireworks at all- seen the strees it causes to animals .
