We've been to Greece several times, but only to the small not very touristy islands. We normally book a small hotel and hire a car to go exploring, we've never had a problem at all with Greece, apart from trying to fathom out the language which is much easier when in Spain.

I just bought an internationl Jenny Craig diet book, I'll have to see if they have any "bass" or fish receipes in it. I think Europeans eat much more fish then we do in the USA...and your probably better cooks on that aspect also.

We had 33 trick or treaters last night...even less then the 50 the year before. My son's car is still out front, they will pick it up when they come in to deliver the kids for an "over-nighter". I went to the Goodwill that just opened, with it's $1.59 first 25 pounds of clothes you buy and the books were an total of three for $2.25. One an Clussler adventure book, one an personal family history book, and then the Jenny Craig cookbook. Good prices. The place looked ransacked from everyone though....all they had were big bins full of stuff...it looks like they tried to keep clothing in reguard to children/adults...and such straightened out at one time. Guys ahead of me were buying about 20 pairs of blue jeans. Didn't look in to bad an shape for wear either. Maybe go back later on..when the crowds slow down an little...not so many people because it's thier "Grand Opening" for the store.

Oh yes, Ron...I'm going up and down and down an up and every way on this diet right now except what I need to do..keep losing. I have to make the 8.1 Blood Glucose test down under 6.5 to get out of the diabetes problem. So like my older sister just an bit ago leaves me an Sheri's restruant bag in my car, she had brought with her...and she told me I could have it...I looked inside...her trick or treat candy....I said, no thanks...she turned around and walked away and I threw the whole bag out the window and over the car and left it on the curb side..drove off. I haven't been eating that much candy to have some of the blood glucose readings I've had this last week, but just being off diet is the problem... with an lack of excerise.  You canget away with an binge ever so once in an while...if you immediately get back on program and not make it an daily lifestyle of never being on program. My binge was no on candy...it was on pumpkin pie with whip cream.... and coffee. Holloween decotrations are now down, and have went on to Pilgrim people and Native Americans having an feast "get together" in wooden statue form...each one bringing something worthwhile to the table. Like they are supposed to do.  I have to go back and finish things up an bit and I'm done with that.

Afternoon James, been a nice one here, we've been out trying to photograph a couple of seals swimming around in the sea a few hundred yards from the house. Not easy, they're quicker swimmers than I am with a camera Smile
