After a hard day at work yesterday, my reecurring foot problen has reecurred, so I am on the couch, feet up today as walking is painful.

I'm starting to think that this growing old buisiness, stinks.

Still, I will have a good day, because thats what its all about. Not going to let a bit of pain get me down.  

Good to see you back Cathy...think I would of went into doing an puzzle myself. I ususaly do one every winter and read some books come about Janueary/Febuary as it is.

I woke up this morning...and turned on the local news on Tv and what's being shown but slightly blurred photgraphs of some cop caught having sex on top of an car hood with some gal.. an small dog looking on down below them..it was an black car. No names were given. Your first reaction is "Stick to the donuts.. buddy"  in your mind but something kept running over in my mind about this and then I remembered...on "Coast-to-tcoast"...an serial killer, they said from the murder crimes..... they thought it was an policeman doing them. Litttle things they noticed about the bodies and the crime itself....they said it would take an pofessional lawman to know about them. I think this lady for her own sake should stop doing this...if anything to keep from gettting her picture taken, looking like an hooker in action.

Then therre's this thing about Cher Bono going on twitter to defend her son...an transgender.....from being on "Dancing with the Stars"I have no idea why sex  should make such and difference in dancing. We have I think two "gays" renting an house down the street from us and I guess they aren't hitting it off or something...say they are going to move.. but every  weekend they haul thier funiture and everything they own out to the curb and hang up signs "Big Sale" They have some pretty nice stuff...but not many are buying these days.

Katia became another hurricane last night...they don't know her projected path as of yet. Be several days before they do. I'm in need of an cup of java at the moment...all this news is to overwelming to me...laughs....* Esp those 8 by 10's of glossy sex scenes being shown.

I stayed up listenig to coast last night an John Houge...the Nostrodameus expert telling us his translation of what he thinks says we will be seeing seven earthquakes in September..and one of them may be another mega-quake somewhere. Makes you want to give up on the housekeeping. Such dam cheery news, heh. Who needs or wants that to happen..can't think of anyone in their right mind at the moment. Sue there is an new thing out I see, I think Dr. Scholl's sells it and it's an strap with an velcro closing so you can adjust t if your having foot problems...esp fallling arches. I was thinking of that with Ron when he said the other day his arches bother him. I've already been to an foot store...got insoles measured for my feet. They have them already made at "The Foot Store" and you simply get fitted for them. Mine fit my walking  shoes...clear piece of rubber inserts...they can be taken out and easily disinfected if need be also. Your foot doesn't slip or slide using them either.  Makes you think your walking on clouds they are so thick and cushiony...they were something like $12 or round about there. Not to much. I've also had my feet done over by an acupunturist one time. She was doing complementary acupunture in an "nature" type organic store....free of charge..for pain relief.

Which reminds me...talking of the news...the Portland "Adventist Medical Bus" was hired by an vineyard grower for his employees on the West side of Portland recently...they took in all thier help...free of  charge....gave them tensus shots, pnuemonia shots, and took thier blood  pressure and vital signs and checked them for Cancer, and did basic physical exams on them....paid on company time. Grower said that he felt it was worth it to note his employees health and help them maintain it..maybe it was an company tax write off also...at any rate...the boss was thinking in the right direction maybe. I go for now.

I actually work as a Podiatric Medical Assistant, so I have my own private Doctor to take care of me. The problem is an extension of the foot surgery I had three years ago. No easy fix I'm affraid.

Oh, and just for the record, my Doctor isn't too keen on Dr. Scholls.  

OMG James!..(it was an chiuauha)...probably the "grouse" you was taking over to Ron and Vincent no doubt.... Here I was wondering if I should supply you with this doctor's thingy about eating gin soaked raisins for arthritis... OK, hand over your old age badge....you've had enough...before we have to call for emergency services....stop your chuckling Sue...your man needs some help with his what-ever doctor. If your an PMA...that mean there's no PMS in your life?

What is that liittle thing kicking around at the end of your post...is that an little Herpes fella....Mr. HIV in person...or what....laughs*. It's been an Long day around here for me today....and today I put up the scarecrows for Harvest through Thanksgiving....and cleaned the carpet and worked my you know what off...I can't tell you what, as I lost it years ago from working my you know what off.  No doubt by now someone  would of stolen it anyway....they took two ATV's and couple bikes of the kids last summer. Even my Apple tree isn't being kind and exceptionally "fruitful" this year. Fertily Dance....I need an Fertilty Dance for my backyard....James?....something tells me you'd Enjoy this for some reason....I better not hear an "chiuhaua" out there either!!!. Did I tell you I recently gave my son some boxer shorts with some new jeans..one of them had canoe oars  and canoes on it with the words "up an creek without your paddle"....and I told him here...now don't let me see your rear-end..... up the creek without your paddles..he just laughed at the time.
