From all the pain I'm going through right now, I finally responded with going into an deep sleep for hours this morning. I feel better also.

Syd..you definaetly have an problem..maybe store up bottled water?

Sue, sounds like an good idea...got any large trees outside.. they could each make an tree house  to live in?...they could always rent it out for vacations homes ...if they get tired of them. Or you perhaps.I followed ny sister in-law Louise, who saved her kid's many things and added to them, so when they do move out they will have the basic's they need to exist perhaps. I buy their stuff at thrift shops Irun across...such as quilts and dishes and what not. Try to stick with the unbreakable stuff mostly and things that never go out of style. My grandaughter is now an freshamn in high school...won't be long.

Good morning James...Vincent,. good to know we can see you here as regulars and help to stabilze POE for us all as an forum community. Sometimes I wonder what you realy do that you don't say to much though...James...you swing off chandliers when your not in POE...or you and Vincent participate in "Grouse Club" activities maybe?..smiles* I know you said that you guys talk on Skype at times also. I have no idea how to do that as of yet, so  stay around as I may need you to help teach me sometime...you never know.

I read another chapter on my book.. My young boy now an man, did go back to his father's Roman family and found his grandfather, and was offically adopted as his grandson, and because they were an military family he got the grandson into the 9th Roman Legion, but taught him Roman ways befeore leaving...his assingment was nearthe northern border of England..in his first engament with the wild tribes on the border he see's his best friend killed and mos tof his legion and now is trying to work his way back to Avalon and home. He not an "Christain" and not an "Druid" but not really accepted by the others as "Roman" either. So far he's getting an stellar education into each of their life styles though...but he's looking for an place to call "home" and he fell in love over the years with the high preistess daughter...and her likewise him. Being druids and fearies...they were in the looking pond when I left off finding him battling his way back home..he has an bit of their magical world to be able to be psychic/intutive enough to know how to live in the world to protect himself, knows enough "Latin" and can read an write to beable to understand the Romans, and enough of an Christain upbringing to know that "vilolence" is not what he wishes to participate with as an career any more. I'll have to read on and see how he ends up. Book gives some wonderful insights on life in general so far. I think we can all relate as to if we are going where we want to be in life... and if we are happy also. So I go for now and chat with you all later on. this week has gone rather fast because of last weekend being an 3 day holiday. Have an good weekend ahead everyone...enjoy it.

Ron where are you right now?...lurking... or writing your book on "Scumbags, Scapegoats, and Scoundrels?

Ha, ha...I'm here Shirley!

I expected another letter from the scumbags solicitors today, but it didn't materialize so maybe they have done as I suggested, that being..."When you are in a hole stop digging!"

We shall see what happens, but after it is all settled I will then write about it so that anybody wishing to live at that particular Park Home thinks twice whilst the scumbag warden is in situ.

I think my little squirrel this year is an female, it's so small for an squirrel...and its out there right now getting the acrons that started falling off the oak trees this weekI bought an bag of food for it and placed some around the bottom of the trees..it looked at me with the most kind look.. as if to say..thank you.. Keeps my cats in the yard watching it also. I see those autumn winds blowing...usually warm ones as the temperature drops this time fo the year..but it's still pretty dry outside for lack of rain.  Better get busy for today.

Hi everyone, such interesting posts coming through!  Keep us all up to date!

Had a totally crazy day.  First the electricity went off, that messed up doing a stack of stuff, then it went pitch black and a thunderstorm rolled in, then the rain and then a hail storm which was like a blizzard, wondered if the windows would withstand it!  The storm only went over a little while ago, which means it rumbled around for about 6 hours!  The power came back on about 4.30 but all the electronics were switched off because of the storm.  Apparently there is more still to come, so I might be MIA for a while.  Will pop in when I can, weather permittingSmile.

I have been hoping for the rains to start again as it is a few months now without any - but really didn't need it to arrive with such a fanfare!
