Hi Peggy

Sorry you're having problems accessing poe. As others have suggested, please try clearing your browser cache -
http://www.bnl.gov/itd/webapps/browsercache.asp

You may also wish to check your java is uptodate. This helped fix a similiar problem on sarah's pc -

If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer to browse PoE, the following link may be useful as it provides an automatic fix, depending on what your error message is though.

Will drop you an email with the above. All the best,

Chris and Sarah

Best of all is to get rid of Internet Explorer and use Mozilla Firefox. Its free, has built-in anti virus and anti-trojan and nowhere near as prone to hacking as Microsoft stuff. Much smoother and not prone to "hanging".

I have not had an anti-virus program in my computers for 6 years since I started using Firefox and have never had a virus, trojan or worm.

Hi Shirley. Maybe the suggestions that Chris and Sarah give Peggy above will help you also?

And as for kicking you off of the net. Well, could anybody keep our Shirley from posting on her favourite site? lol

Hi there Jason!  REally good to see you and I hope life is treating you well.

Hi there everyone!  Had to have two more teeth extracted yesterday but so far, touch wood, they are fairly trouble free and relatively painless.  Not like the last two!

Hope you are all having a great day.  Yippee we are nearly at the weekend again!

Hi Ron, solved my problem and found the "back to windows" button off the wifi/Syke window I had on my screen..so I'l OK....Oh Yes Ron...more anyone tries to hack me and deny me computer access the more I fight it. I know all kinds of professionals also..and I think maybe Bill Gates mother in the past maybe. Not sure on that one, but if I knew him it was when he was school yet, and him an his gang knew I couldn't compete with computer games in the way of charges for them back then, so they presented me with 150 games for the kids' here in the neighborhood and our computer "free of charge"...of course, most of them now are obsolete...but it was kind of him and made us an "Christmas" that year...we would of not had otherwise. I use to have an direct daily access to microsoft at one time also...they were at one time trying to fingure out who was botherin me. Rest of my problems stem from an kitty cat that wants to use the computer himself. I guess he really takes to the "mouse"action..being just that maybe...something to play with as he's laying down watching me. So I have little paws on the screen and on th ebuttons occasionally I have to monitor.

I was waiting for my lancets and tst strips to be delivered today...and so I'm out there waiting for the mailman, whom I told he was doing "drug runs" these days to my house and never knew it and he laughed...and I said I'm waiting fo rmy diabetes testing  supplies, they are just now puttting them on me...and he raises up off the dash board his own "tester"...says..join an lareg population out there these days.  He's an older guy, but he really looks like he takes care of himself..you'd never know.  So they told  me yesterday I didn't have to play "pin cushion" on myself any more..they said to alternate one time int he morning...one time at night.  Double the excerise routine and add stretches to it. I'd say that sex sounds like more stimulating excerise, but it would only get me into trouble...so will forget that one.

I understand that William and Kate if she is pregnant are going to try to name their child after his mother Diana.  How about...Camie  C. (Catherine)  Diana Elizabeth if it's an girl....and William Cambridge Spencer if it's an boy...just some suggestions. It is so hard for them when they are little and have to write thier full names in school...and so much easier to shorten things with an inital. Had I had an daughter..her name would of been Dora Kay Marie Lawson....whcih would of incorporated both mother's names and my own.  So I can see them wanting to add his mother's name into an daughter's name also. I don't know all of Kates family to incorporate another possibly at the moment. I am pretty sure my mother's name of Dorothy came from the Lawson lineages in Europe as it is...and I know in this case she had an brother named William back in Maryland/Virginia areas at one time. But they are likewise looking for her ...as they are her brother William. With this one she married probably and lost the Lawson surname. I also think that Great uncle Ralph was most likely named after John Brown'sfriend..Ralph Emerson...the writer/poet....who wrote the Harper Ferry's eloguy after he was hung for his support of the colored people back then against slavery. Katherine/Catherine runs many generations in my grandfather's lineage. My grandmother never raised her chidlren..my grandparents divorced...she was German...for all the kids in the family...not an one of them turned out to be an Clara. I have always wondered if her oldest daughter named "Donna" was after the meaning of "Dawn"...which is verysacred to the Native Americans....an time of "prayer". I know very lttile about my mother's mother. Grandpa and two women he hired helped raise his brood of kids...thier names were Betty Loudon and Ruth Warren..or vice versa on the first names. I have pictures of them. Grandmother I know spent most of her life into nursing profession also...so maybe she became an kind of "Clara Barton" through the years. You know we tend to carry on our lineages in ways...even when we don't know it...it still goes on. You can lie about it also...it's still there. the bible says that we are within the same family circle four times before our soul lessons as reincarnated people leave it. Some of the mystery teachings Jesus left us.

I suppose I should get going for now...already did my excerise and double of it...like they wanted. Made myself an "hash" type dish for lunch that I like...yellow cooked neck squash from my garden..my only one, red pepper, mushrooms, green onion and Mrs. Dash Onion-garlic herbs and threw in one of my omega 3 eggs and topped it all off with an tablespoon of finely shredded mexican cheese mix...along iwth some snapple diet half lemon half tea. So I'm free of the journaling daily for an bit. Talk to you all later on.

Today...first day you can rake leaves for ths autumn here...and they are indeed all over the place.
