Peggy I have no idea what to suggest - I don't seem to be having any problems.  Could it be your browser?  Have your cleared your cache/cookies lately?

I also read about that archeological discovery Shirley, but haven't seen any more information about it.

Hi everyone!  Hope you are all having a really good day !

I think you are probably right Cathy. Perhaps the entire system needs maintenance as well. i have fouind that when its time for a defrag and a disc cleanup the whole thing gets awfully slow.

When all else fails try system restore and go back to time when it was working properly.

Hopw all is well with all of you.

Something to raise a giggle: Four friends were playing golf when, just as Bob was getting ready to tee off, a funeral cortage went by. Bob left the tee, removed his hat and stood still until the funeral procession had passed.

"That was very good of you", said one of his mates, "very civilized!"

"Its the least I could do, replied Bob, "I was married to her for 30 years." Frown

How odd! No avatar and the wrong joining date on my previous post. Anyway, if you didn't guess - it was I.

Did you type your comment above but not post it for a while Syd?  If you delay the post it will often do exactly what has happened there, no avatar and a joining date of 1 Jan 1970!

Hi Peggy - if you are able to read this post then I would suggest you consider the following, because there doesn't appear to be problems elsewhere, although I am trying to call Chris and Sarah to confirm that.

Presumably you know how to defrag the system? Have you done it lately, and have you emptied the internet cache as suggested by CathyML and Syd?

Do you keep your anti-virus up dated, and use the scan on a regular basis? Update first, then do a scan of course.

If you need any help with any of the aforementioned please get back to me and I will try to help you through it, but a clean up may well solve your problem.

System restore may well be the way to go if none of this works.

And Syd, CathyML is correct in what she says about the avatar not showing, that said we know there are still problems with the avatars.

Gee..invite my grand-daughter over to help you....she cleans out the entire machine at once...just make sure you have your original  operating backup disc to start it over again like an brand new computer.  I just got two new up-dates on mine this morniing.

Ok...You know..he might have something with that Goosey Lucy bit if he knows someone named "Suckey.instead of saying it as Susan, could he really mean some ones gets sucked or sucks another??/..so they nicknamed her "Sukey"...sounds like an Goosey Lucy to me. By standards these days she's probably an wealthy lady by now.

OK, another question...tabloids at the market place say William and Kate are going to be parents...true...or some more tabolid junk? I think they came out saying that 2 weeks before they were married.

I have problems of my own though...doctors seem to be ganging up on me. I think I'll talk it over with my heath insurance company. They just definately want me ill and diseased and they know I don' t have any money to pay for it. It's an good thing that I'm journaling and it's their word against mine...and how I prove the "truth" is going to be an goody. I may just walk away.... and drop them in the process though. Perhaps what they want?

I saw an car pull up next to me and all over is plastered...God provides.com"....so why is everyone having economic problems to deal with?...heh?  You know he put that on his car so he could claim as part of his ministry.... and deduct it all on his taxes, including the car....Ron, there's your "Scapegoat" for your new book.

Nice day out today..just finsished my walking this morning, nice with an breeze in the sunshine. Made it to the dcotor...she's working on it..doing what I'm not sure. seems like I'm doing all the work...not her.... Later I get billed for it also.

Teenage girl to teenage boy..."Stop it, Jimmy. When I said you could follow me, I meant on twiter"

Girl talking to her teacher...has an reading book in her hand...".This book is defective, I tap the page and nothing happens."

Guy has an desk load fo pictures of people at work, he says to one of his secretaries..."They are not my freinds or family, they're just a few of my Twitter and Facebook friends."

You know how to make an Hot Dog Stand?...You steal it's chair.

I go for now..talk later on...Be good today... and get rewarded tomarrow. Have an good day.
