Hubby came home tonight to put in another pickup starter, as this one he already repaired things with didn't start this morning. I should say that my daughter in-law got the new truck...as she gave up her car for it...I see he came over with the jeep they had when they got married tonight. . They backed out of letting her drive her bus over to the sisters area with the basketball team...maybe it was the 50 inches of snow projected this last two days?...at any rate she's lost hours of pay also. Can't buy new anything with no money....even if you are working....when you lose hours. I went back to building an puzzle when I am awake....and so far everyone I've talked to says that this Christmas has not been an good one...even those that bought extravagant gifts that now have to be paid off...like me...LOL. It's heaven to wake up and feel like your no longer crawling with insects all over yourself. Itchy itchy. Tomarrow I go and get my sister and we cook her turkey she got in her food box recently. I gave the food hubby brought home to the kids for our Christmas Day dinner out at her house I guess I go now...nothing like sleeping an bit more right now. Have an good day everyone...whereever your at that is....it's been an troublesome last two weeks. I swear, never will I buy black ladies tights ever again!. |

It must be frustrating to lose the length of posts that you normally write. Hi to all POEsters, hope your Xmas day was good. |

Trust everyone had a lovely day yesterday, and enjoying the Christmas spirit. Apologies for my photo's being drab and gloomy, it comes with the territory at this time of year up here, I have been looking at pictures on POE of the area just to see what it looks like in the dry sunny weather, it's an excuse to have to come back in the summer. Enjoy the rest of your day Edited by: Karen Lee at:26th December 2015 14:26 |

I'm resting well the last several days...Chris, my son, and hubby had stopped in to help hubby fixing his truck by...didn't get to far... needed a part they cant' get until Monday. One of Chris's girls got an new camera, so my kitty cat and the decorations were well photographed, while Sarah and the others helped me build on my puzzle this year. Despit it all, Christmas came off rather well thsi year, I am glad I didn't have to do the cooking with my healthi issues right now. With buying the "party trays" already made up we had an ton of food. "Tink"...(Tinkerbell)...., their new little kitten had her first taste of bits of Roast beef in broth and decided she like it. She's now the size of two tea cups instead of only one. After Christmas sales, I need white PJ's/gown to match the robe my hubby bought me. Of course all the bills to pay for everything will be rolling in for several months coming. Chance of possible snow showers this week coming....not to talk to much as yet....the itch is away...but I'm still not released from medicare as yet...that comes in two weeks. So go now and hope I can get this posted correctly...hope everyone had an nice Christmas this year! I can't write the word correctly up above without the box of "undo" showing up..so will leave things as they are for now. |
