Not to much that's different...I have my year planned with working as ususal..if only I had some money from it all, it would sure help. My year goes like this...Janurary recovering from the holidays...our 50th wedding anniversary is in February. But after Chrismas find me sometimes painting the walls...but mostly reading books to research for writing my own book...I di dfind an less expenisve way to do this last year. Writing historical articles for like my nieghbor,

I spent up until 3 am in the morning writing on "Canute" the viking pirate in France, something no one talks about much on his life but England...I don' t think people should forget he was in northern France also...though he was n "Viking" he was killed raiding south England and I think trying to convert to Christainty before his death... by the people in southern England....whom formed milita's of fighter's against pirates to protect themselves and family.  When I first ran into him, I thought...good riddens...but as I research him, I find that he only raided the monestaries for thier wealth to keep him and his land holdings/country folk viable....he did it when he wasn't farming mind you...doesn't sound like the ususal "pirate" of the high seas...plundering.. killing and headed for drinks down in Jamacia...with tons of Gold.. His northern area of France is akin to Jesus family going there after his death...it became an very spiritual place and where the book of Holy Blood/Holy Grail was written about ...it also came up with mysterious Gold reserves at the Rennes-le-Chateau. He was slightly just before the time of  William the Conqueror...by way of his kin "Rollo" in the area of Normany, France....an generation kind of between them.

At any rate, I went to bed around 3 am and woke up around 10 am to everytihing in an covering of snow...not to deep...not enough to impede travel, but completely lightly covered with snow. Tomarrow hubby goes to court in Rockwood on this traffic accident with the motorcyle guy..bit leary about that also. I just watched two kids on ATV's would of done the same thing just now, they came around the corner and would of slid into our car if it was parked out front. The guy in this accident was riding an illegal dirt bike with no headlight...though he was on through street. This was an couple of weeks ago when we had the storm went through and things were as dark outside back then as though it was 7 pm...not 4:30 pm...so I have no idea what they will do on the ticket, but he's made that u-turn thousands of times over the years...to park in an safer spot under the tree back further from the corner.  In the summer it's the only place to park out of the hot sun also. Can only hope he gets an fair  minded judge. Two houses over lives an Troutdale policeman from us...he parks his company vehicle in his garage when he's home...guess one way to keep it safe, Huh!

Ok..January...painting the walls if need be into Spring, reading books on my research work and book I'm trying to get assembled...though I ran into one guy says he's took 10 years to complete....then I have furniture to paint whn it does get spring and flower bulbs to plant...and possibly the entire front yard to do all over again from last year's drought conditions. House is now decorated for Valentine's Day though. I also have my diet to grt back into also.I never seem to run out of things to do around here. Never. Thanks to the fungal infection I have my entire houseto wipe down with bleach now also, I'll be getting into some of it here soon. It took and tremedous amount of energy out of me for some reason...yes, the medication did affect my heart also in ways...but fo ronce, my hair is coming back in also on my head again.  Of course through all of this we have family issues and "Scouting" to attend to as well. Summer Camp to arrange and attend also. That alone see's me without my hubby 3 weekends now. So when he does come home, work for him is piled up also. Then perhaps I get back into making craft work come Sept to October and through to the holidays next year end. I also do all the regualr chores most women do running an home...like grocery shopping, food preparation, etc. If anything else comes along, I guess it's just something more to handle in ways. Thisi year is sissy's High School graduation. I guess I go  for now and finsih up this article I'm writing and talk later on.

Ron, POE is where I come when I want to relax for an bit...maybe why I take time for it...and I like looking at much of the things I'm writing about also..makes the story come more vivid for me.

The snow was covered with ice...melted today but suoposedly more tonight in the ice before it's gone, the court was closed down due to the weather...he will have to redo that over... I just sent him to the store to help me on an couple of weeks of an "Paelo" diet...namely greens, berries, nuts and an little meat..few root veggies...very simply, no sugar at all, so am hoping it helps with the fungal infection and keeping it away also. It's about as "natural" as an person can get. My doctor's apppt for release on it is Jan. 13th. Am thinking tonight might be an excellent time to start reading the books I need to read.  For some reason can't sleep night's much here lately....no nighttime radio showsto listen to as before. I finished my article on King Canute. Have some pictures to print off and it can be delivered. Iguess it's an "good evening "James...lots going on about NIbuiru and it's passing earth or destroying us around March 16th.....We have been many years now on that prediction no on wants....I have an ton of those salad for bulk greens....I wonder if I should think about disinfecting them and and getting my own early greens planted for salads of my own by way of seed.  Leslie up on an mountain top in Colorado, grows her own in an shed make shift green house. She has her own tomatoes year around also. She has an wall of glass on the south side and an small wood stove to keep things from freezing. She also uses old tire tread on this shed to help keep it naturally warm also from the sun.Catches rainwater....I wish I could be that efficient and good at growing for little cost. I guess I go for now and see what the evening brings around here...my books are very adventuresome books to read....like of Indiana Jones type but an man and his wife that hunt treasure under the sea in old ships. They get into all kinds of things...he works for the Government kind of like an Navy seal. EXploirer.

They have so many sales right now, I decided to buy myself two pairs of jeans in an smaller size and top with jacket  and another top separate...also smaller sized. My diet went pretty good today...so it was not such an bad day here also...everything finally melted weatherwise. I made an dinner salad that was super good...fresh orange and avacado in argrula with dried cranberries and cashew nuts...oilve oil/orange Juice dressing....ate an couple o fpieces of ham with it. I spent most tonight cooking and up-dating what we will be eating coming up....I make my soups from scratch many times...and hubby takes them to work for lunch. I'm doing jumbo chicken legs and rice tomarrow night and maybe some strawberry cheesecake....my salad might be either pickled beet.../tomaoto & avacado/ or pear and blue cheese crumbles.Have not decided on that one as of yet. Grocery stores sales adds just came out...everyone owes money from Christmas...they got some really good sales right now.....but then again, I owe money on Christmas also.I'll need the clothes by this Spring...if not before.

I see Lily Tomlin is coming to town and I've always loved her comedy routines....the operator...the little girl in the big chair and what not else. She does them well. I guess I shoudl get going, was watching "Curse of Oak Island"on TV, they are preparing to go down "X-10" pit with an diver. I see an like cement box down there and I keep wanting to tell them from what I've heard in history it could be priceless documents. I hope they will bring them up out of the water before opening it.  Three or four years now they've been at this trying to find the treasure...and I wonder if it will net them someday enough to pay for their expenses of digging. Other then that been watching them make those tiny homes that are so popular right now. I guess I call it an night as next day is an dentist appointment for one of the grandkids...so will have to go pick her up from school and take her to it and back again. Have an good day...we could alll use some of them also....talk later on...
