yeah, well, get aload of allt he mistakes also...someone's here not helping me.

James, they did that in the last post to you about savign the family genealogy also....Eliza Ann (Keith m. Berry) Davis whom later m.James Glenn.   She went with Col. Willaim Bount to have Samual Davis released...though to captured Samuel Handley/Haiey and made him an interpreter for the Cheokee back then. There are two McAdow/Mcadoo families that are Scottish...John and Rev. Samuel Rev. Samuel McAdoo..who was known in as I said in North Carolina, use to stop by an preach in Augusta County, Virginia..closer to Frankfort, Kentucky..land grants out of Illinois tell me there was an earlier John Larkin taking out an land grant with M. A Larkin in the area...John Larkin m. Sarah McAdoo..but if her sister was Mary, she may been an widow...and he was acting in her behalf. I knwo very little about other then one mention of her married to an James Larkins..in Pennsylvania briefly....if they had an kids I haven listed any, but suspect an James C. Larkins down in Tennessee an possible relation. He might be the James Larkins that was mentioned in William Rogers Rev. War report. WE have an problem down in the area with the fraudulent "Yahoo Fraud" going on...many of those people lost their land...they also took Daniel Boones land grants in Kentucky away from him during this time. Some people just refused to move also. Rev. Samuel MacAdoo has an daughter named Mary said to been m. to an Benjamin R. Clark...if widowed could be quite possibly true. It's said his lineage went north after he left establishing the "college" in Kentucky also. I beleive this group is still educating the Native Americans to read and write English. I also conisdered Mary Abbott and Thomas Larkin (md. 2ndly Ann Rogers Cooper).. also out of New England...I I've no idea why they would be in Illinois.  I've yet to find out more about an Col. Titus and this group and into Hawaii and out of Connecticut. I know why they are in thearea of Tennessee..."Gengsing"...the Herbal...big bucks from the trade with Asia...it use to grow profusely there until after they left.Reason I know that John had an brother named James is because there's an younger James Larkin came out of the college in Kentucky as an minister named James Larkin and it's not one or well known names in this family...I think it's John's son..or William E. Larkins brother.....just as "Mary" is not well known to other James Larkins but these two lines. James was the name of Mary Abbottt's father...I beleive caught up in the Methodist movement also...and the Native Americans also.  Robert Lucus has something to do with this and possibly William Lucus m. Elizabeth Price (Pierce) also. Theyleft an hard trail to follow with the Martin named family. AS I have an John Martin down in the area of Tenneessee before I do an John Larkin...but the John Larkin I think came in from North Carolina also. John Martin came in from Martin's Station being ambushed and hisson taken capitve...it was located in Kentucky near the path the Indians took northward. Robert Lucus seems to been not only the Govenor from Ohio...but also an namesake of the Larkin Tennessee family...William Lucus was out of Virginia. Sally Lucus married Joseph Martin, indian agent in North Carolina-Tennesee...and I've seen it once that she was married to an James Lucus also...she was an widow. His "indian wife" was of the famous Nancy Ward family that I think is also and daughter of my older William Larkin. I leave ti for now. See how much of this is mispelled as it gets posted.

Thanks to all who have commented thus far on my problem with the scumbag, and no Peggy not sheltered housing a Mobile Home Park where the land owners of the Park use out of date regulations in a modern world. Thrown in is a lot of confrontational abuse by a lout who thinks he is going to beat me, well he had better think again!

In time I will document everything here on POE because anybody wanting to purchase a home in this site needs to be aware of how they will be treated if the same Warden remains in situ.

I am going to pursue this relentlessly!

After all Don and yourselves have gone through this is totally the last thing you need, this cannot be a good enviroment for Don to recover in. Obviously he wants to be in his home , just hope he is able to recover without any issue. Ron ,I can see this has really wound you up, how long have things been like it? I guess sharing your anger with the POE family can help , but I hope it does not show your hand if anyone on their side who might be watching. Hope things work out and know us POE people are with you Ron.

I told hubby later today...come on...I'm tired of stsying at home and all it is...is  work, work work, so he said...where ever we go we have to go pick up the grandkids minus one because he's at his friends house...so we went to Wildwood Park up at Mt. Hood. We walked over the Salmon river on an bridge and into the wet-lands area and looked at the cat tail area, then went over to the skunk cabbage area, then went to tow separate beaver ponds on an boardwalk...then we went above the river and hiked down along beside it...and back to teh parking lot....and over to the recreation area, where they had an kiddies playground area, basketball court, softball area, beach volleyball area, horseshoe area and soccer area, and it's surrounded for another walking area also..wiht bathrooms and benches throughout the whole park now. After that we brought the kids home after stopping by Taco Bell...to stay tonight.... their brother is two streets over right now....though I heardhe went camping with them this weekend. nice way to just get an reprieve form everything. I wish I would of had my camera with me, we ran across an tree that looked like it had antlers and was an deer. They said Last black bear sighting in the area was early August and the last cougar sighting July 1st. That must of been what Lorraine was talking about when my sister in-law was in town and she stopped by...she was staying up in Sheri's trailer for free, in exchnge for an diswasher she didn't want... for an month at the Mt.Hood RV Center....space B-52 she said. This is really down low off Mt. Hood for sightings though this time in the year. I wonder if this means an rough winter this year.  This year's Salmon runs in the Columbia River started last week with the Native Americans...the bears should be following them for the spawning fish going up small creeks now...and feeding off them...particularly the dying bigger ones. AS to the cougars...they probably are looking for deer coming down for the winter...but its early for them...deer hungting use to be Octoberish more so... when it got colder. At anyway...there were plenty of people there in the park an it was kind of enjoyable as to the getting away. I explained to Logan about how "cattails" were eatable and what parts through what time of the year...some of the plants in general that we saw, and "burl" still on the edge of an treeand the mossyness of the trees made them "old growth trees" and what some people do with the moss. I told my grand-daughter..See that moss growing under the arm of the tree branch over there...she says "yes"...How would you like to have to buy anti-persparant for that underarm to keep from being smelly...she just laughed. Lots of "blue" dragon flies fliting through the air around us also...kind fo pretty.

Ron, don't get yourself to mean..maybe I'll say an prayer for this dude.... not to be so grouchy. I've also been looking at more Christmas Books as they really pick up my spirits in an way. Lots of good ideas, and one that really turns me on is plaid wool, (wine and gray) deep Gold silk  for the lining and leather bottoms to make your own slippers...one size fits all. Les Shaubs tire facory burnt down last night in Saint Helens, Oregon.  Suppose that means rubber prices will go higher?...or fire insurance helps out him this year? I go for now...have an good Sunday everyone...if it's not Sunday already as your an half day ahead of us. Blessings "be"...busy week ahead.

Hi CathyML and Vince. Thanks for your ongoing support and in fact Vince I have shown them nothing, the very reason I haven't documented it here yet, but appreciate what you are saying.

I have a lot to do, and a long way to go before this gets resolved. I will campaign hereafter for change to stop this sort of nonsense.

Shirley, prayers for the Warden are a waste of effort in my opinion, he probably doesn't even know where the local Church is. Say a prayer for Don instead, because he really is suffering with life threatening problems that he cannot possibly survive, yet has to endure this nonsense from somebody probably a third his age, who he fought for, to give him a better way of life. This is how they repay you, no respect whatsoever today!

Just read the other thread Ron, and the solicitors threatening Don is absolutely disgracefull. actually this can be classed as harassment to an elderly and ill person, have you ever contacted Age Concern about this ?

Ron, it sounds as though that chav is the type who loves to cause trouble because it makes him feel like a "big man". I sure know what would happen to him here in SA - someone would give him a heavy smack upside the head.

There is a retirement villiage in a place called Howick about 20 km from here where they have a 20 Km/h speedlimit (about 15 MPH) and everyone has difficulty keeping to that speed. The cheeky b----- rs have now installed an electronic average speed monitoring system but, like the ones on the motorway, it is easy to fool it because you can go faster than 20 for a bit then stop or go really slowly for a bit.The bottom line is that no one can say how fast you were driving unless they have a callibrated speed measuring device. Failing that it becomes a matter of opinion which will hold no water.

Stand your ground and do you must to get it sorted out. Shall I send one of our very aggressive taxi drivers over to sort Mr. Tattoo out? Choose which weapon he should bring along - pick handle or AK47.
