First time it happened didnt' have an clue how to back out of the window. AS far as the avatar goes, Paul HIlton brought soemthing up..that was how easily it is to steal an picture and claim it fo r yourself...these days there are times when it might be safer not to have an personal picture avatar. You guys would be proud of me...I worked hard on that flower bed out back....I made the shape of an trardrop pendant...sideways to look at it...in the cneter of it I put solid purple and white tplips...and all around in crocuses in purpel, yellow, white and purple stripped, where it comes to an point...double blooming pink dafodils....and benind it to the one side red, tined in orange tuplips and then red tuplisps and behind them an row of plain yellow miniture dafoldils. Replaced the dirt as I went along and when I got done covered it all up barkdust..I have an container full of Basil, two each of stevia (sugar) herbs, one of my orange geraniums, one containers of my argula lettace, and one with two green peppers in it...any of them I can do the greenhouse bit with or put them inthe garage. WEll, last week I go tan note from Dr. Robt Litt that says they are no longer carrying Health net for my medical insurance and today I have one from Health net telling me that they also recongnize that Providence is dropping them, bu tnot to worry they cover 5,000providers and 10 hospital sin the Porltand area and statewide 50 hospitals. I have to go an see him Tuesday anyway...all this is not effective until Jan. 2013.I have an lot of questions about my blood pressure readings anyway...and none of the doctors are compaitable with my own paperwork. So I guess it doesn't mean anything they say in some ways concerning my health other then perhaps the old proverbial "drop dead" amoung themselves to us patients. My husband has done much the same in his way of handling his getting on Medicare. In short he has cost himself $1,844 in services and not able to retrieve an dollar or dime for paying that out. Not to mention borrowing off our house $2,400 so HE could have health insurance...I am not eligible for it until next summer. Take my word for it...it makes for an very bad businessman if your married to him. Plan on suffering next to being tortured to death in ways. Anyway I worked up an proverbial "sweat" until I ran an grab some orange juice as I was getting pretty light headed today working on the flower bed. Hope I'm around to see it bloom next Spring....but don't know who my doctor will be. I wonder how that will work out in places like Hood River where their only hospital is Proividence backed. ..If your in an accident...they just let you die if your the only hospital around? They need to knock out the religion to them and treat anyone that needs it...they would expect that fro themselves. We do not have an modern world and one that's open minded... as long as you have the "clique" thing going on. Shame shame God....your becomng effective... for only an certain few. |

Will wonders never stop? OK..been reading on hubby's up coming knee replacement operation....they are going to cut his knee off on one side because it's so deformed now...so it's flat...then they will insert an ball in an moving joint that's metal...he will gave an metal strip pu in his bottom leg bone and then the ball thingy and then metal strips put into his top leg bone. So that ball can roll back and forth to replace the knee cap more or less. he will be in the hospital several days...and they will be watching him for infection, blood clots and pnuemonia. They also will have an therapist there with him for excerising to keep his circulation going and make sure the swelling goes down and teach him what he needs to know for when he comes home. They say that it's usually 2 weeks if everything goes OK..not unnormal at three weeks and anything longer means they ran into troubles of some kind ususally. He can not wash his leg comletely until it heals some and they will have several different kind of stutures in place as he heals. Some they will remove, some will dissolve as time goes on.He will be on antibiotics for some time and pain killers. He's already pre-registed and done his EKG and an bunch of other tests also. But I'm still nervous about it all...and having car problems off an on also. There is no way I can get hm back an forth in an pickup truck if my car goes out on me. This is the time I need no problems with the car exactly. I go an see my cardiologist before he goes in and them the primary docotor after the second week in November...so I don't thave to worry about my health problems during all this,,just keep on my usual routine and keep losing weight.. I think I have enough food in the freezer for feeding him as it is right now. My son says he will meet me there to visit after the surgery with him...see if there's anything I need then also. Ok..one more week to go and then it all starts. You people think you can put up with me... through all this?As my sister said tonight...come Christmas we won't be thinking much about it all...hopefully. |

I have proof of the problem and I am waiting for my 17yr old grandson to come because he is taking IT as one of his subjects in 6th form college so he can see the problem it was causing. While I had not got my laptop here I was reading his last years Biology book, very interesting subject, one thing was how we evolved from the same ancestor, but it did not say who or what was the ancestor, also no mention of animals, birds, fish, insects, etc, |

Sk Lawson Posts: 4014 Joined: 7th Oct 2010 Location: USA | Posted at 23:36 on 29th September 2012 Well, looks like I have all three grandkids tonight while mom and dad go to an birthday party...I wanted to get away this weekend before hubby's knee replacement but it's just not working out. I have now planted about 100 flowering Spring Bulbs in the last two days. We are currently 7 inches behind normal rainfall since Jan. of 2012 began...three driest months ever recorded in Portland, Oregon. The fire over by Bend, near the sisters might be contained by Oct. 15th...as of yesterday it's burned over 26,000 acres. the ar here is so dry I'm croaking trying to breathe somedays....filled with allergies. Feel like I'm eating dust...you can well bet JOhn Wayne wouldn't be putting up with this! No sir- ree! Neighbors out building their deck and trying to get it attached before the winter rains also. Hubby putting on the new leaf guards for the new rain gutters, but had to give up as he says it's getting ot on the roof right now. I guess I better go for now..before the kids all make it in..so talk later on. |
