Hi Rick, hope you are well mate. Met a couple of lads from your way today, namely Josh Montgomery and John Gomez, two members of 'The Summer Set' who are appearing at the 02 arena tonight here in London, UK.

Nice fella's, they invited us to their gig but too short notice.

Nevermind, Josh promised more notice next time they tour the UK.

Gee whiz...you should of went Ron, they could be someone like the Beatles later on...you never know with the young fellas of today.

I went to see the doctor, no matter which one I go to any more they all do the same thing...give me another pill to take.. Blood pressure at the office...153...here at home all riled up--132. My weight the same...their's 7 pounds higher. Irritating as hell...if you know what I mean. Hubby was home and waiting for me..his arm is all bloody bruised from the blood they drew and things are all set for next week for this operation.. I worked some on the downstairs bathroom today. I went into the Dr.s office today and there's an guy sitting there looked just like my dad....Dad passed over several years ago now. I wasn't really wanting to deal with it either today. I am still not....he was looking as "smug" as all get out to me.  So talk to you later on everyone.

Good morning Rick.....

Today is " Walk to School" week, the Portland Schools let out hundreds of kids today to take an walk. But I took my 50 minute walk today and there are all kinds of people out with little kids walking even here in my neighborhood. Unless there's parent supervison people don't let their kids walk much of anywhere these days.

I noticed the cold crispness to the air this morning...but coupel rounds on the lap it went away for me...sunny day and windy day...I'll be looking around here soon and see if I can find myself an swimming pool to visit this winter for my excerise. I asked my hubby yesterday...you saw th ezero on the weight scales...you saw the weight also...it says I lost 30 pounds..docotor says 22 pounds...and so do you think I'm wrong...he said "NO"...the weight your losing is what you count..not the weight of the scale at the beginning..but the difference between teh start and ending weight...you lost 30 pounds. So I said...why don't they come to that conclusion...and he said because they have to follow no more then 2 pound weight lost an week with their "closed" minds....from what thier "authority" says is sufficient to lose...rather it really is or not....as an individual. So goes I suppose..that "limit" is very discouraging to overweight people though.... and does less to help them stay on dieting. Obama should wipe if off their lips!

I guess I go an see what I can get into today around here. Have an good day everyone.

Hi Rick. The 'scumbags' employer is threatening me with a 'Restraining Order'. I have told them to go for it, because they don't have a shred of evidence to prove that I have been aggressive, or reckless (which is what they are claiming).

It's not over yet mate!
