Hi Rick. The 'scumbags' employer is threatening me with a 'Restraining Order'. I have told them to go for it, because they don't have a shred of evidence to prove that I have been aggressive, or reckless (which is what they are claiming).

Om Ron...what a time your having.  I think these reports are quite interesting to read..http:www.pnsn.org/tremor/ets-event-of-summer-2012  Over here we calle them "silent quakes"...they rumble under the ground and tell things are moving at the earth crust level I think.  But EQ Mary has been saying this for the last couple of months that she's picking up something odd going on below her feet and with her Eq symptoms.  they recent;y dropped some 600 episodes down to 54 recently. If we did not have them...there would be an far more serious quake above ground..but often are responsible for smaller quakes in the area....under 5 mag.

Our east wind started in yesterday and I lef the windows open and by that night found myself dusting all my furniture next to the window...dry out there...so I wet down the back yard just and bit ago after my early hour of excerise.

Went an picked up my sister yesterday, been some time since I have seen her...she has huge holes in her stomach from the needle marks of them giving her diabetes shots...the puncture hole is surrounded by blood. They look absoultely hideous...I don't knwo who this Richard Goldberg, her docotr is..but he ought to find an different way of handling it them this. He's up in providence Oregon City Hopsitalor clinic...but he don't even look good enough to me to be an Veternarian...and I'm sure she probably don't help the situation at times. I spent most of yesterday cooking some veggie type "Chili" and baking an pumpkin...and rounding up some extra food for her to eat. When I don't go and see her...she gets very delipated looking and to tell you the truth, like she's next to on her last lap....so she gets her clothes stripped off an washed clean, her face and sores taken care of, Vitamins, and days decent food and rest, and if I have them "antibiotics"..at least oen tablet so she can heal.  I also beleive she's in bad need of Vitamin and mineral suppliments daily. I gave her alcohol swabs to use on these puncture holes and told her to see why she's not healing from them better...at least one of the three is three weeks old now. Very bad doctoring in my opinion.  In our nursing home I use to work for before I left it... we'd thrown him out an long time ago. It much reminds of what they put my mother through and her treatment was uncalled for also. Yes, people can be "tortured" even today.... if others don't do something about it....particuarly in the health industry these days I shouldn' thave to "be there"... for her to get decent health care. Remember the name and don't give this guy your business. If he had been taking care of her properly she would of never had the Gall Stones to begin with either. If I had not shown up, she probably would of died that night in her apartment. I should not say this, but I will anyway...many of the Catholics "cover-up" thier abuses to other people from thier authority in life. ..It goes more then just raping the little kids. It is that way in any situation where people are not openly challenged for their actions. I go for now.

Barb...good to see you! What have you been up to as of late?

I can remember playing scrabble half the night long with my mother growing up...and with hubby it was always "Rummy" when he came over to visit.
Cathyml...not such an large loving heart as its been an job that needed done and no one else wanted to do it. Rather it was helping my mother, my dad, or the kids in the neighborhood..or litte "scouts" or my own son. Or Kasey...the little girl grew up with here at my house. They needed something/someone...and I was able to give it to them. It was my cardiology doctor that said that I did "to much" over the years and had to change. Re-define things in an better
persepective for myself this time around.

I was gald to see Barbara also...last time I talked to her I had asked her if Diana Sinclair and Krissy and her lived close enough they could meet in New York sometime and have an gal's weekend out.
I wonder if she got her condo finsished...she was redoing it also the
last time we talked.

Peggy... I have to get my stuff for the "Crunchy Bat-wings" before I can be truly presented over there for playing Scrabble. I was working on that today..while Safeway was resurfacing thier parking lot out front....buying the bow tie pasta and Cajun seasonings.

Well, everyone..doing last miunte things around the house here and I guess we are ready for the surgery early Monday morning...they deliver and come out tomarrow late for the thearpy equiptment and to show him how to operate it. I was trying to get ahold of my sister to see how she was feeling today...and she never goes out after dark, but not answering her phone so far.I wonder if she's unplugged her phone again...she does that at times by mistake. I started on another roll today in losing the weight again, About time after an good week of working as ususal on it all...in both the diet and the excerise every morning. Wind died down tonight. Eastern Oregon is suppose to be having their first frost tonight...another sign of the seasons changing. I've went to wearing an shirt with my walking in the morning over an short sleeved sweater now. Have an good evening .....Rick..perhaps you can meet up with Peggy for the game of Scrabble...help me out this time. I picked up an new magazine out
called "Pioneer"...sure has an lot of things to read in it to help yourself out if your winging it the best you can on youe own. Just an bit of everything also...from emergency prepardeness to building your own house...storing up your food, killing game animals...surviving in general. This guy with an chainsaw cut his own
cordwood logs....and built an 1,600 sq foot house for $23,000. Most the time the land alone costs that much. He calls it his "Cordwood Castle" and it's big, sleek and modern. He made it round. AS the article says...most people pay that much these day for an car. He
lives in rural wisconsin. I guess I best get going for now...so have an
nice evening everyone.

Blame it on Microsoft Richard - their software does its own thing periodically. I find Mozilla web and mail software so much better - and its free too!
