They spent last night robbing all the taverns through town and breaking out the windows of downtown banks..probably because they raise interest fee's again. 21 people got Samonelle from an hispanice restruant also..an nice looking on also...looked ver clean and well kept. I started the puzzle last night...I'm into building massive Oriental lanterns hanging in an double rows...each one brightly colored and with designs in them all lit up. Though it does appear we will be having an short reprieve in the rain outside. Maybe enogh I can do some wlaking for today. I have Lab tests next week. |

Sk Lawson Posts: 4014 Joined: 7th Oct 2010 Location: USA | Posted at 20:23 on 14th October 2012 I am thinking of trying out something my sister told me to do...she bakes an regular cake, cuts it into small bars and puts an couple of tablespoons surge free "butterscotch pudding"..or any other flavor and then toasts coconut and some nuts in about an small tablespoon and spreads that over the top of the pudding for an desert once in an while...she says it's lots better then all the cake frosting. I have imitation Rum flavoring right now also. I spent the weriest night last night...I had bought us each an little puzzle to build..and was having problems with my border..did right up to the last minute also...but anyway, so I asked hubby if he'd come up an "bail me out"..since I have all kinds of things going on right now that he's ususally helping me with but isn't...and he told me NO..".do it yourself"...I was angry. So I did it myself..just to show him I could DO myself...which has been going on from day one between us. Anyway...so I'm working on the puzzle and up comes church music..floating from the other side realm I think...it went into Christmas music and I find myself going to bed at 1:30 am singing Old Lang sang in my head, until I thought I go bonkers. My guardian angels must of heard him and decided to give me some nice music? Finsished the puzzle this morning...by myself. It had an lot of pieces that could fit in more then one spot to it also...and had several times to rearrange an few pieces...but it sure was pretty when it got finsished. I often think of the pictures I see in POE...particularly one at Christmas time where the display was all done in blue lights one year. Would of made an excellent puzzle to build. I like those little puzzles that fit so nicely on an bed table..they can ussually be made in an couple of hours...and that's about what time I have to offer most the time..though I generally do one during an entire week around Christmas if I can find the appropriate puzzzle..during school Christmas vacation. Our rain is short lived so far. Talk to you all later on. BTW..I helped himm with changing hsi dressings this morning and didn't tell him to "do it yourself" either. Winks* |

My internet/email/phone system seems to be going down every second day now and the bloke who runs it seems to think I should not complain because his service is the only one available here and we have to take it or leave it. I have never heard the word mauther before. Mind you my family left East Anglia a long time ago and became Lancastrians - well until the county map was redrawn and they became Cumbrians. Me Mum was from Yorkshire so I am more familiar with that slang. Of course I am fluent in SA slang being as I have lived here 99,9 % of my life. I hope all is well with my friends at POE. |

Did you ever do your family tree back to this country?? |
