Someone tell Syd that they make an special spray these days for your grass to keep it from growing so you don't have to cut it so much....I can hear his grass growing now from his description..chuckles*

I deceided being "hours" from the last post to mention that I wonder what ever happened to Diana Sinclair....as New England...just west of Portland, Maine had an rare 4.6 earthquake yesterday...felt all the way down into New York I guess. I wonder if Diana felt it, or if she's even in Boston any more.

Things kind of winding down for tonight...and glad of it...but I can now make it through winter with clothes now....and I have an nice little pile of the old ones that are going out the door...not even good enough to give to an thrift store...they have "Had it". Now I need to work at getting those bird feeders up for this winter. I have about 2- 1/2 months before I go back into the writing/reading mode for over winter. I'm also going to try an new excerise routine I think..walk in the morning...stationary bike after lunch and floor excerise late at night. See if I can keep my metabolism doing it's thing. Then play it by how the weather turns out daily. Some of the latter two might be only 10-15 mins. Time to head for bed..think I'll go check out who coast to coast has on tonight for the talk radio program.

You might try the Home Depoe...seems like we saw it there last when we were looking for fertilizer....I kept telling hubby then...so why don't they put some of this stuff around those expensive homes that catch fire every year in the hills of California...as it doesn't kill the roots of the plants.. so it would keep the hillside still stable, but would slow down the growth of the vegetation that catches on fire and rampages through the area. He looked at me and said...Because they haven't thought of doing it yet. I imagine their gardener gets well paid to cut the plants down by hand.,,it would put them out of business to suggest this to thier bosses.

You know the Lab tesst they took Monday...the inside of my arm isjust black and blue like all get out..I look like an needle "junkie" now, but this has happened before when they took and blood test out of the right arm...last time my whole arm turned black and blue from my shoulder downward...took about a coupel of weeks beefore it turned that yellowish brown color. I keep thinking someone isn't doing things right or it wouldn't happen...but then again. One reason I worry about the dental work that needs done, and I have an appointment in the days ahead to get it looked at again. the edges of the remaining tooth is turning blackish-green now. I need an lab report that says I am clear of the diabetes and stablized in my blood pressure so he can do the surgery. Which is going to amount to picking out those peices of tooth and the root canals if they are intact also...possibly the brdigework from the gold crown I lost also.  Then I get to saving money for either false teeth or an platte. AS we have no dental insurance to pay for it. As I told hubby...he better think about this... of the 12 signs at the Women's crisis center for abuse by husbands...one of them is an lack  of dental work in the women.I can testify to the fact that when my mother died...she badly needed her teeth worked on...they were missing and many were rotten...and she was not that way in her younger years....dad had dental insurance. Thsi goes to show the shabby care my mother was being made to endure in her last years alive...it only took her 3 short years to be tortured to her death by everyone.I do mean torutred also. I know people don't think it happens these days...but the medical centers backed by incompentent family memebers allow it...for the money and the laziness of concern. My dad may of had another girlfriend... before my mother ever died. Sad, but true. Sometimes it takes years later before anyone really finds out. I thought my sister was helping her...I see now that she can't help herself let alone anyone else. I diasagreed with things goignon but mom listened to the others telling her to go their route instead. They murdered her in my opinion in the end. We also have this "Bob" guy that follows the family around and has something to do with family dying all the time also. Who he is I am not sure..only have the name of "Bob". Same thing though...went in for medical care and came out dead.  My mother's cousin's husband was an "ex Miami Police Chef...whom went back to see his old cronies to see if he could find out who this "Bob" is...I have not heard from them if they found anything out...but I can tell you who profited from Pat's death...an realtor named "Joan"...she called me, wanting to know if I would do an obituary on Pat.. and I refered her to Pat's three grandson's...and what little I had been told about them by Pat in letters to me....according to her husband..Alex...they were "gold-diggers", he supposedly ran them off also...but at least they were blood relation. See what times you have if you have money sometimes. Everyone is after it. But no one wants it honestly. So, yes, I think of my cardiologist as being named "Robert" or "Bob" these days cautiously.

I go for now...have my walk to do and the staples come out of hubby's knee today also. So we have an docotor's visit.  Talk later on.

hehe. Good one Ron. I hear it works well if you've had a skin full first because the grass comes up half cut.

We don't have B & Q here so I will have to get someone to send me some. Any volunteers"
