Gee, I slept really good last night..woke up this morning and stepped on the scales to see I've gained back 5 pounds...but am still doing the daily 50 min. walk and only eating 900 to 1,000 calories if that, I gear it for 700 calories but allow an 200 caloried daily "cushion" to the diet. I wonder what the idots that tell me I should be losing at 1200 calories an day would say. Ha!.....so it's back to the hospital, he said they were giving him an pain killer this morning....talk to you all later on. (Lots of interference in posting this morning also)

Glad  you got a good night's sleep Shirley!  Sorry to hear hubby needed painkillers, but I have heard that knee ops can be really painful!

Hi everyone, hope you have had a really good day!
