Good afternoon Pat, glad you were able  to get out in the nice weather. Sadly I've spent much of the day in the local hospital, my Godmother is seriously ill and not expected to live very long. Mum is very upset as she's suddenly realised that there are very few people her age group left around her, she and my Godmother have been close fiends for over 60 years so it's a difficult time.

A difficult time Ruth and one that affects us all in due course. One can only be there for those who are seriously ill.

POE members thoughts and prayers your way...

Nice day today...got an lot of yardwork done, grandson's came over to help grandpa today. We took down an really large tree out front, looks so bare, like we have an " huge" front yard....taking about what to do next on it..went out back and zippo!...Camila bush is blooming in it's full glory also. then went an picked up my sister..she wanted to go shopping, she bought 3 of the tinest plastic bags of groceries....I think she' sliving off of cabbage rolls maybe. I hit my pantry and then some, first things...are things to make biscuits and bread with...then cannned meat, then dairy and cheese/butter/frozen egg product, if she's got those she can cook about anything...then rice mixes, pasta mixes...half an case of soup in two flavors, then some of my fiber one bars, individual jello containers with fruit, unsweetened applesauce, fresh bananas, Instant Oatmeal, four packages of dryed milk in gallon sizes, pumpkin bread, cranberry bread, whole wheat " no knead" bread, and an box of biscuick, loaf of bread...she crushed on loaf she had boughten...some cleaning stuff for her also. 5 pounds red potatoes, big bag of frozen pea's and one can of Corn beef for St. Patrick's Day...and some other canned veggies. Like pickled beets for an salad...and then some fat free mayonaise and some tomato ketchup for making her own dressings. Canned pineapple rings. You see, I need my tax money back to help others with badly and then some...cause I don' t know what she'd do otherwise. Three small bags...hum...she just got paid for this month.

It was an beautiful day today...not to hot, but warm. I'm off my diet..cause I didn't have the time for  it today...so maybe tomarrow?...doctor's appoinment coming up mid week. No way I can lose by then what I weighed when I stopped the dieting on November 11 last year...I was about 5 pounds less back in those days. My health consumes my day... in every way most the time.  So I go now, and don' t know if you guys go into Spring mode with the change your clocks one hour ahead tonight or not...but we do...gives us more sunlight in the summer to do all that walking..talk later on.

Good morning everyone. Thanks for your thoughts regarding my Godmother Ron. Sadly it's looking quite bleak, I really can't see her leaving the hospital. Can't fault the care thought, Calderdale Royal are doing a wonderful job.

Yes, I haven't said to much over in earthboppin considering Don, but at 80 years old he just had an massive heart attack..his 4th one.. Petra seems to think if he makes it through it, it won't be to long now before he goes. He's asking people not to bother hsi wife...and Petra says he's still in the sleep mode all day long.

How do I do it Ron?...I don't....to tell you the truth.  But I don't give up either. My sister was suppose to be getting "Meals on wheels" but what happened to them I've no idea. Maybe she needed the help so badly she was thinking they'd help her...so she kept talking about it...thinking they'd show up any day now.. if she kept talking about them. Saying... and getting.... is two different things. Kind of like me looking forward to my tax refunds yearly...they greatly help accomplish things in helping others and me... I can most the time run circles around our Government in comparison to the help given directly without an middle man involved....they have to many on thier payrolls and for the most part to much is wasted. They waste so much they have no idea where it's all going, though they do catch the crooks pocketing it all ever so once in an while.  This has always been an aspect of big business. They can't keep track of every little dime and where it goes so easily..cause it's to easily "written off" in some way...by others...esp the higher echlons.  But anyway...so goes.

Another day starts, with the clocks all pushed one hour forward...ugh!...just the ehought of it makes me tired.   Sun it coming up..so I best get going for today.

Good evening,

Very sorry to hear you sad news Ruth.  I know what your mum means not allot about now in our age group.

It has been lovely here once the mist cleared away,
