Good evening everyone. It's been lovely here too Pat, we've been to a National Trust property near York today, I've taken a few pics. Stopped off in Tadcaster on the way home for a bite to eat.

Shame on you John, always have the camera to hand- you never know what you will come across.

Today , out with the camera to a place we intended, went onto somewhere else been meaning to take a shot or two and then come across a pretty little spot and lo and behold just as I got there a tree hit the deck having just been felled for an improvement plan  ( all trees being felled were deseased anyway so would have had to come down anyhow). Point being you never know what may be around the corner.

I'm working on it Ron..Sarah was just over to change the tap eon the eye patch for him tonight...she comes back over tomarrow to take him to another appt...and then it's pretty clear until the following week...said 7 to 10 days he should be normal if not better.

Grits is having like heart pains also...and John wrote an detailed article on Boron, and so did an reasearch over there..in the UK...they have found out that where people live with "Boron" present (Borax) they don' t have any arthritus...any type of it either....I thought I was getting enough...and they changed the formula on my vitamins this year....so it alsong with less phosphrous might be my problem, along with weighing to much. I found the phosporous in preparations made for joint strengthing, and and can involve pain associated with nerve problems....remember I had shingles one time. So, yes, have had the grandkids today...and cooked yesterday and it was one heck of an problem with the leg pain. Grits went in to  get an check up...her doctor seet her up fo ran stree test in May...but she's an heavy smoker and thinkds that's more like the problem. docotr said he couldn't see anythign wrong on her KGE testor iin her blood circulation. Though both of her parents died of heart complications..... that's when John told her about the Boron.  Judy up in Cashmere, Wash. sent us an box "Easter" box of Cotlets...hubby picked it up in the mail coming back from the hospital. I have two grandson's tonight. Got them watching "Cloudy with Meatballs" on Netflex. It's been an long day. Best they were all day long was taking out to Shari's to eat.  I let them order what they wanted, Logan ordered breakfast...Colby, lunch...and Mariah, dinner. I was able to stay on my diet there today also. I have an ton of little ants all over my computer at the moment...and tomarrow it jumps to 71 degrees outside.                    I have an few issues with the English ancestory information also...but I'll get into it later on, time to rest for tonight. You all have an nice evening also. They won't let Petra find out how Don's doing...she don't think  he's going to make it.  While they have worked together for years and on end, share an web site...she's not an close blood relative...so they won' t tell her by phone how he's doing. He asked us not to talk to his wife either., or bother her.

It was nice to see this year's "Dancing with the Stars" the other night also.

I can't believe the crazy mis-spellings in the post up above. I hope you all can understand what I said....as usual, I corrected anything before posting it. Add an (?/skl).... if I don' t know how to spell something. Look how it turned out...I shake my head. Rediculous.

Hi to all POEsters...

Don't worry about the mis-spelling Shirley, we can usually work out what you mean. Thanks for some really interesting posts that must take you a while to put together, unless you are able to type fast that is.

Keep them coming Shirley!

I'm around as usual James.

Trust you are well and coping with the sudden change in temperature?

Heard anything from our Marjorie lately? Another, who was very good in the forum games.
