Good evening James...we hope we helped my sister get another car, deal isn't done until Tuesday after this Martin Luther King Holiday...but she's working at things...getting stickers for her car window at her apartment and what not.I know she's got to hate walking miles to get groceries and show up at the center every week, see her doctor's in bad and cold weather. An problem for senior citzens on fixed incomes.

I had to go to 3 different stores tonight looking for ingrediants to make an "Warm Mushroom dinner salad"...I never got them all. I got some oyster mushrooms, some fire red protabello bits, and subsituded with sliced zucchinni, with slices of breafast steak.... on top the greens. Tossed an few pickled beets at the very top and surrounded them with 1,000 dressing, and an "X" of red and green fresh bell pepper and Garlic Texas Toast cut in slices on the sides...after it was grilled....then I threw in hubby some macaroni and cheese on another small dish...comfort food? A guy has to have his comfort food now an then.

Did it ever rain earlier today...gully washer as they say....next week is the oldest grandson's birthday. Snow tonight around Mt. Hood. supposedly also. Now, I feel "cold"..... think I'll go get my blanket and see what's on TV.  Talk later on...lazy kitties hybernated most of today on my bed.

WEnt back into emergency hospital this morning...up all night long with severe back pain....came out of it with an elephant sized shot of anit-biotics for an bladder infection and more meds for the urinary tract also...I feel like maybe they got the problem though...he fainally said to me this morning, I know you must be an lot of pain right now...he said some of it was from high blood glucose readings also...DO NOT eat anthing with sugar in it until this is cleared up....get on your diet and stay on it.  Tomarrow super busy day also. I came home afterwards and slept all day long. They are giving me an week, but he says any more back pain, come on back, or if anything else is affecting adversely health wise. Sissy is comeing in so I can take her to the orthadontist tomarrow before we go  over to my sister's house to pick her up and take her to the bank to get her cash to buy her car tomarrow night. He say my doctor already put on my health care sheets he want to pu tme on regualr insulin for diabetes. I think he's been workign for that now for an long time....and I don't want it. I want to hold that step off for an while longer if I can. So I'm going to do my very best to be an good girl on the diet. I go for now, and talk later on.

Ron, I have an funny feeling they want me on it to make more money....but your right...I really don' twant to be on it until they can figure out why I eat nothing and still "spike" up. insulin is much  different then the pills. So far I don't see where they can seem to regulate my diabetic meds..... let alone insulin. For instance, fasting all night long I took my glucose test before I left for emergency....I registered at 247....not eating, waiting in the emergency room...it wet up to 267...is about two hours time. I came home and ate an turkey dinner...following the rules no sugar and no flour...as I used corn mesa for the stuffing....by that night I was 325 again.  Small bit of turkey meat over the combo of stufffing/half green beans and/small handful of chopped walnuts  some sugar reduced cranberrie/raisins....maybe three or four tablespoons of gravy...made from an packet using water. See why I don' twant to go on isnulin with thse kinds of readings...they are to unstable. I feel like some invisible person is there "drinking" with the high readings.

She took off tonight with hubby and sissy to go get her car and drive it home...I did my thing, drove over and took her to the bank to get the cash....broguht her back out here so she could pick up the car with hubby.  He checked her driver's liscense to make sure it was valid before leaving the house here. Hubby has to get sissy some dinner on the way home if she wants it and pick up her brother for scouts tonight. He looked like he was already ran ragged coming home, but I looked at him and said, I'm right on schedule and on diet..picked up my meds and ate my lunch, made his dinner, filled the car up with gas on the way home from picking up my prescription....with maybe in between 5 to 10 mins. to spare. Sissy went to the orthadonist right on time also today. So think I will kick back and watch "Curse of Oak Island" and see what they came up with an sword some one found in the early days. I suppose for my sister's birthday I should get her some kind of cell phone she can use while she's out and about now maybe?...I think the stores sell them cheap or AARP does.I go fo rnow and think on that come Feduary...talk to all later on.... She might make iinto the 21 centry yet.

Our Diana beat it by being in control of her diet Shirley although I haven't heard from her lately so can only hope she has maintained it.

By the way Sissy has already made the 21st Century, you mean the 22nd Century don't you?

Realized after that this was a stupid question Shirley, but will leave it there for you to laugh at.

Bat cave?....I went out to get some things for my grandson's birthday this weekend....they had one only...an four foot Darth Vader remote control fighter...laser sword and all. It looked expenisve, but appparently the box was torn so it was in the thrift shop today.  Grandson thinking of going with the scouts this weekend cross country skiing.  Mother says she wants an small get together..maybe pizza and cake. I hate to say it, but they can leave me out when ti comes to the food....Dental appt tomarrow for the grandson....maybe I should give him ..his birthday  present then?eI endd up getting an little box with three drawers in it....and stuffed all three of them with one dollar bills. Rest was clothing for now and later this summer...mostly sports type.

Raining here tonight...suppose to be heavy rain tomarrow. We managed to get in an walk tonight before it all started.

Today was supposedly my brother's court ordeal for his divorce...she said they are making him go in for couseling and made another court date for in April. Hum. See how things go after that one.AS far as I am concerned...he's an spirit posessed brother and may not have an thing in common...I found what I was looking for...I think someone named Joseph,..was the first carrier of "Satan"....I found him, using an asummed name fo rbeing the Romanruler's historian...he started out an high priest. Something Josef Flavais...I know I didn't spell that right. AS the high Priest he was kin to Herrod's wife....he was the one put the ladies up to killing John the Baptist. I feel that Harrod's wife marrium...is Satan's consort and it fit in with her also...as to local. But anyway..so goes me and my histpry and I well understand that our history is given to us by others...if they have any agenda's they could of written up as such. But now I understand how "Satan" meets the name of James....and Henry the VIII and his grandson ...you guessed it "James"...bouncing back and forth in spirit posession. His aim is to be like God you know. It's impossible also. But anyway...getting to be an  long night.   So had best go, my back is bothering me tonight...my DIL says because it's more then just an fungal infection and high Bood Glucose...I was told an Bladder infection...she read the diagnoise of the doctros in emergency and says it's an kidney infection. But that's the pain that is acute in the back for me that I don't sleep all night long. Didn't have it half an hour after they administerd an huge vial of antibiotics in my rear end. Don't understand why it's bothering me tonight. Maybe I need to rest some.  I'll be on meds for the next seven days, top to bottom so as to say....So talk to you all later on.  Yep...stay on the diet Shirley...no goofing off this time!
