Lanty Scar and Nab Scar Looking west from the High Sweden Bridge track again with Lanty Scat dropping down towards Rydal Water and Nab Scar rising sharply to the right. In mid distance behind Rydal Water is Silver How with Bowfell and the Pikes bringing up the rear again. A Cuckoo's nest in Ambleside The Cuckoos Nest must be one of the smallest holiday cottages I have ever come across. This is the front on Compston Road with vehicle access, albeit incredibly tight. Main access is from the rear where there may also be a parking spot. 'Visit England' have now given it a 5 star rating. The cottage is on two floors with kitchen/dining area, lounge, one double bedroom and luxury bathroom. This picture appears in the following picture tour: Camera Make: Canon Model: Canon EOS 500D |
